Maria's Cleaning SVC

So far so good. In my first thorough cleaning the price was by the hour. They did a very good job, but forgot to clean the finished basement. When I contacted Luz she was very apologetic and they have covered it every time since. They are very punctual and call the night before as a reminder.

They arrived promptly and did everything they said they were going to do. The two ladies who cleaned my home were meticulous and extremely polite. They worked very hard and have a very good work ethic. My house looks immaculate from top to bottom. I am definitely using them in the future.

They came and did a 1st cleaning and set a price for future cleanings. We were very pleased with the work and have engaged them for regular services.

The crew of two arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were very hard working and didn't stop except for a 10 minute lunch. The house now looks and smells clean. No way could I have done this job on my own. The previous residents were smokers and had pets. There was even wallpaper paste residue in one area and it is now squeaky clean and ready for paint. There was plenty to clean. I would highly recommend this company. I would most definitely use them again!

The two women arrived on time and did an outstanding job cleaning the first time - our house looked cleaner than it has in years! Maria's Cleaning Service was also less expensive than another estimate that we received. Luz is very responsive, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

I had a total of three cleanings including the initial deep clean. Thus far, I am very impressed by the thoroughness of the cleans and the professionalism of the staff. At this point, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service that they can depend on for quality and efficiency.

Maria's team arrived promptly at 8:30 am, carrying in their own cleaning supplies, ladder, and vacuum. Both women worked solidly, thoroughly, efficiently, and quietly for 5 hours. The house smelled wonderful from Murphy's oil soap used on the wood floors. Each rug was lifted/folded up around all sides to ensure the floor was cleaned under the edges. While they were cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms, I was able to continue washing in the laundry room. When they moved to the kitchen/laundry end of the house, I was able to do paper work in the office. Because they were working non-stop, I found that I kept working, myself, and got more done during the 5 hours they were there than I normally do. As I am unable to squat or bend down easily, the care given to the baseboards and floors was greatly appreciated. This was our first experience with a cleaning service, and we were fortunate to see recommendations for Maria's Cleaning Service on Angie's List. We anticipate being regular customers, since we were so satisfied with the outcome of our initial cleaning.

Two very nice ladies arrived (on time)in very neat company attire. Since it was their 1st time at my house, I went over the 7 rooms (including 2 full baths & huge kitchen, dining area) which needed to be, basically, spring-cleaned for Easter. The communication between us was quite easy. Also, I have 3 dogs & 2 cats, which does not make my home an easy clean! Everything and more than I requested was done, down to every detail, (i.e.,inside of fridge, polished cabinets). A total of almost 7 hrs., & I was happy to be able to run my errands during that time. very happy with results.

I was not pleased w/my former cleaning service so I gave Marias a try. I was blown over with the cleaning service. Their initial whole house cleaning was beyond what I had expected. I will now continue with them every other week

I called the service after recos from Angieslist. The owner was very responsive and was able to come out the same day. I got a discount on the per-person per hour rate because it was the same day service (and they probably had hours to fill). Two cleaning persons came out for the job. they did a thorough job and got the hard water stains out of my bath. All rooms were definitely sparkling clean. It took 30 minutes less than their estimated time (2.5 hours instead of 3), so I was charged accordingly, and not for the 3 hours. However, I felt like with 2 people, it could have maybe been done faster....

See above... run dont walk to Maria if you want a truly clean house with a pleasant and professional experience. I honestly feel like our house has never been clean until now... we are $600 lighter tonight, but that was money so well spent!! We cant wait to have them back every week!!!!

When I first moved in my house it had been unoccupied for a long time and seemed kind of dingy. It just needed a top to bottom cleaning. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were great! They worked hard to do a thorough job. I found them to be rather professional as well. I had a pretty good experience with them. Their price was reasonable especially for the amount of work that they had on their hands. As far as I can remember, they were a little late on showing up for the job.

This is the best cleaning service I've ever used.

Completely exceeded all of my expectations. All hard water and soap scum stains were completely removed from every part of the bathroom and kitchen. Every possible place where dust could hide (heating duct grills, tops of artwork, on every item in bookcases and curios, tops of moldings, lampshades, lightbulbs, etc.) was dusted and vacuumed. My stove, microwave, toaster oven, counter top all look brand new after being cleaned.

Responded to my phone call right away. Set up an appointment to review what I needed & give me an estimate. We then scheduled the date for cleaning. I was really surprised at how thorough they were on cleaning day. The estimate was a little under the final bill but that was explained to me on the first visit so I wasn't surprised. They put in a lot of time and effort and it showed.

They were fabulous. I have not had a group of folks clean like they did. They are going to clean my house every week for $120 going forward. They are worth every penny. The dirt and dust that they cleaned was unbelievable. I feel like I am living in a new home! They also brought their own equipment and supplies! I did not need to provide a thing.

The staff members came as advertised, and performed an extremely thorough cleaning. They were very focused, and worked extremely diligently from the minute they walked in the door, until the minute they left. We were overwhelmed with the level of service they provided. Their cleaning was closely in line with what they estimated for us, but there was one slight change. They expected 3 people for 2-3 hours, but on the day that we requested for actually scheduling the work, they only had 2 people available. This changed the time to closer to 4 hours, but to be fair to us, they kept the amount they charged constant. Finally, one more positive note is that when they noticed that they may go over the estimated time, they continued to complete their tasks, and didn't charge us an extra for the minutes where they went over.

The first cleaning took about 5 hours and cost more but I was in absolute awe of how clean they got everything. There wasn't a speck of dust or dirt left anywhere in the house. I couldn't believe how thorough they were. The ongoing biweekly cleanings are just as good as the first. I don't know how they do it. Also, the same folks do the cleaning each week, which I like. They are very polite and conscientious. I've had several house cleaners over the years and Maria's is by far the best.

Maria came to my house personally and gave me an estimate for the first time thorough cleaning service. And also a price for the followup cleaning service. We now have them coming every 2 weeks. Their guarantee of service is comforting. I am extremely satisfied with Maria and her staff. Thank you Angie's list.

This was their first time at our home. They will definitely be returning. They came and cleaned 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, den, dinning room and excersize room. They did all of the ceiling fans, woodwork and cabinets. They used the products we requested and did an extremely detailed cleaning.

Chose Angie's List because of some friends and the good experiences they had. Chose Maria's Cleaning, because of the positive feedback. Called and received a return call within a few hours. They came promptly when we arranged a mutually acceptable meeting time, explained scope of work, price, etc. and we hired them on the spot. The rest is history. The first cleaning was so wonderful, we felt like getting a hotel room so we wouldn't have to dirty the place. Came home tonight after second cleaning and I am still amazed how wonderful they are. If you don't have to clean, and you can spare the cost, which is reasonable, please, please get Maria's cleaning.

They do a good job and they charge a reasonable price. They clean thoroughly and they are pleasant.

They're terrific, they're doing very good work for us. The first time they came out three workers came and they charged us $60 an hour and deep-cleaned everything. It took them 3 hours and they did an exceptionally good job. Now we have them every other week and it only costs $85. They also alternate between 2 and 3 workers now. They change the linens, polish the furniture, clean the windows, and most other things that need cleaning. The workers are foreign and language isn't a huge barrier but it is present. I can't say enough about them, they're very good.

Luz meets with you first and evaluates your home and family's individual needs. Be honest and go over everything that you need/want and I'm sure she will be able to satisfy your requests. I am not a family member, I am not a friend, just a client, honest !!!!

She's pretty quick. The service people are courteous. They follow instructions well. Anytime they visit after the first visit, it is 90 dollars. They estimate according to sq footage and size of the home.
