Edwin and Vickie were incredibly thorough and did a great job in every way. I was extremely happy with them and would highly recommend to anyone for housecleaning.

We have been using Maria's for quite a while now and are very happy with their service.

Overall, the service was spotty and unreliable in quality from cleaning to cleaning. Sometimes that cleaning would be spectacular and sometimes it would be slapdash. Despite bringing issues to the company's attention, the same problems would re-occur. The price is quite attractive, but at the end of the day I'm looking for consistency and professionalism over cost.

Edwin and Vicki were amazing! They were extremely professional and punctual! I didn't think our house was that dirty, but they left no stone unturned!! They cleaned for 4 1/2 hours and the place was spotless!! I am very thorough when it comes to cleaning and they definitely met my expectations!! We are definitely looking into having them come on a bi-weekly basis. Luckily, it will be a lot cheaper than the initial cleaning since it will be maintenance.

I selected this cleaning service due to the accolades it receives on Angie's List (A rating, bonded, insured, good reviews). I called the business, five days ago, and left a detailed message indicating that I am looking for home cleaning service. I have not received a response. I was surprised that when calling there was not a professional message indicating a place of business. That was a red flag. I called once more to make sure that I had the right number, it was the right number. I am going to go with my gut and won't be taking service from this company if they ever do return my call.

When I say they didn't miss a corner, a blind, a ceiling fan, or anything, I mean just that. I would highly recommend their services. I ended up paying 210.00 because of the years of dust in my house. I look forward to setting up regular visits to my home, to maintain the level of cleanliness that they provided. My parents were in from out of town while they worked and they were so impressed.

Can't recommend them highly enough! The initial whole-house job was about $550 including tax, and the every-other-week visit is about $95.

I had Maria and Edwin come around 2 weeks ago to do the 1st "deep cleaning". They worked very hard and were here for almost 4 hours. That truly amazed me that it took so long since my old housecleaning crew was just here two weeks prior.The house was VERY clean. I was very satisfied. I hired Maria's cleaning Service for Bi-weekly cleaning. Today Edwin and Vicky came to clean. I can not stress enough how clean this house is. They worked very hard. They cleaned this house to perfection. I have had house cleaners on and off for years, by far Maria's cleaning Service is the best and runs circles around all others.

A+, they came in with a plan, and executed it! They dealt with the lack of outlets (it is an old home), and systematically accomplished a thorough polishing of each room. They worked non stop from the upstairs and bathroom, to living room, bedrooms, and kitchen. The place gleamed.

They did a good job and charged $60 per hour. They were here two hours. I am pregnant so I can't really clean or be in the house with the fumes. I liked everything about them; they did a really good job. The bathroom needed an overhaul and the girl worked on it for an hour so I thought they were great. I won't need them for two hours from now on but it was necessary for the first time.

The did an AWESOME job!. They even arranged the hand towel in the bathroom to look like a flower - the way they do in fancy hotels. :) The cleaning was very thorough. They cleaned every survace and under the beds as well as the ceiling corners, floor molding, the blinds, and window sills. I was extremely pleased with the level of detail and the cleanliness at the end. I love that they bring all their own supplies and that they cart everything away a the end. I will definitely continue to use them!!! Great Job!

My father needed cleaning service and so we hired Maria's based on the great reviews she has on Angie's List, and we certainly were not disappointed. Maria arrived before hand and gave an estimate. Then the cleaning staff arrived at the appointed date and on time and were efficient and professional in their work. They did a superb job BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! They worked tirelessly, pulled everything out and even cleaned behind the furniture. They were respectful, professional, and trustworthy. We were 100% satisfied, will use them again, and highly recommend them to you.

A call to Maria's was promptly returned the next day, and I arranged for 4 hours of cleaning service before a family visit. I knew that this was not enough time for the whole house (which hadn't been professionally cleaned in a long time), but wanted the guest room and downstairs to be clean for the visit. Exactly on time, a team of two cleaners arrived. After briefly discussing the work to be done, they got to work. We hardly heard a peep: they were diligent, hardworking, and went at it with energy and consistency. The guest room looked great, and they also did the master bath as well as the whole downstairs. They were careful to explain that on a first cleaning, they wouldn't be able to do anything, but I feel that they covered a lot of ground. With my approval, the time ended up being 5 1/2 hours for guest room and bath, large master bath, spacious stairwell, large foyer (with polishing), kitchen, den, dining room. This was exactly what I was hoping for, and the diligence and professionalism of the two cleaners was exemplary. I'm very pleased with their work.

They where lost getting here so they arrived a half hour late. I had to call them. Overall they did a good job we would use them again if the price was more affordable.

Reached out to Maria's for cleaning my home every other week. They came to give the estimate of $120 per visit, however said that the first visit would be about double that cost. I said that it's a brand new house and not filthy so the first visit shouldn't take any longer than any other cleaning and therefore should not cost any more, and that it was a deal killer for me. She said okay to the $120 for the first visit too and we scheduled our first cleaning. I also said I wanted the dog taken out while they are there and that was agreed to. They show up the first day of the cleaning and tell me it's going to be around $240 or so, I say that we worked that out and I had not agreed to the higher price for the first cleaning. They got their boss (Maria?) on the phone and she acted like we had never addressed the issue. I would have just told them to leave but I had company coming over later that evening and knew my wife would kill me if I cancelled the cleaning that day. So I told them they could clean the house for the hourly billing they wanted to charge me instead of the pre agreed upon price. I then reminded them about taking the dog out and was told that they never take animals out. He finally offered to take the dog out but by that time I wasn't even confident that they would be able to take the dog out successfully, basically having no confidence in the communication level. The cleaning job they did was good but the communication and professionalism just wasn't there. I was okay paying a little bit more for someone who I could reliably communicate with. For that level of difficulty in communicating, you can get cheaper. Frankly I'm surprised at what I experienced given the mostly positive reviews here.

Simply outstanding. They work in pairs to clean your house from top to bottom. They work extremely hard and do a great job. We have used them and will continue to use them. We liked them so much we even hired them to clean my mother-in-laws house as a surprise Christmas gift. You could not go wrong with Maria's service.

I found them on Angie's List. They charged $150 the first time and its $128 every two weeks. They are very thorough. I use them every other week.

I contacted and gave this service a try service based on the previous feedback on Angies List. I have been very skeptical regarding cleaning services as a whole, as I have had some very poor experiences in the past. My overall impression is most services are quick in, quick out just to get to the next scheduled job on the same day - basically dirt and dust pushers with minimal attention to detail. The initial impression is it looks great but later you realize attention to corners, baseboards, furniture legs, mouldings, and bases are missed, etc. I admit my standards are high. This was a one time special cleaning as I needed the extra help for an upcoming event in our home. The service charged an hourly rate vs. a one price for routine cleanings. It was refreshing to see the attention to detail Maria's Cleaning Service provided. They worked hard and non stop the entire 8 hours they were here. During intial meeting , I expressed to her that I needed the "little things" done, the ones that are generally overlooked by other cleaning services. They dusted and wiped down the mouldings, around doorknobs, light switches, ceiling fan blades, vents, and cabinets. This service was in all the cracks and crevices, used their step stools to get on top of wall units and cabinets, cleaned along all the baseboards and edges, pulling furniture, that was reasonable to move, away from walls, and vacuuming behind them. They called and confirmed their arrival time the night before, arrived 15 minutes early, and waited until the scheduled time before ringing the doorbell. This was our first cleaning by this service and realize that first cleanings by services are usually designed to impress to keep you coming back - it is maintaining that continued level of service that will make the difference.

We have no kids left at home, but have a dog and a visiting "Grand Dog". We also have hard water problems with the fixtures. Maria and her co-worker came today for the initial clean. To say that I am a satisfied customer is quite an underestimate. I walked in the door to a sparkling clean house, worth every penny. This was the first of hopefully, many return engagements.

They do an outstanding cleaning job--much more thorough than other companies I have used in the past. They are always on time (even during the recent snow storm) and very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I first called several weeks ago to inquire about getting an estimate for bi-weekly housecleaning. Got a machine and left a detailed message. They called me the very next day and left me a message, which I initially took as a good sign, wouldn't you think? NO!!! I immediately called them back and then again every couple of days for about a week and left at least 3 more voicemail messages, called 7-8 additional times and kept getting a machine (didn't leave messages those times), and finally sent them an email through the Angie's List website site. The email was sent at least 2 weeks ago and I still have no response from them. I don't know why this vendor is even on Angie's List, since they don't seem to want to expand their business and get new clients. After that voicemail message back to me, they have been completely unresponsive, despite many good-faith attempts on my part to reach them. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, it is rather concerning that they are so unreachable and unreliable.
