Description of Work: I called them to get an idea of their pricing to service my AC condenser because it was not cooling the house. This was during the 90+ degree F temperatures we were having. I didn't know what was wrong with the unit, but I wasn't confident they could do the work at a reasonable cost, so I used a different vendor from angie's list.

Ms. [member name removed], We’re sorry you felt compelled to write a negative review after just a phone call during a heat wave almost a year ago and your assumptions. You said you weren’t confident we could repair your air conditioner at a reasonable cost. We believe this is an unfair statement to make without ever having used our company's service. You have no idea what our price would be compared to other companies. We cannot quote an exact repair price over the phone. This is because we have to send a professional technician, many of which have over 25 years experience, to analyze the equipment, determine the problem and then repair the problem. Our prices are competitive and we often perform repairs in a more timely matter than other companies, because we have seasoned technicians, fully stocked trucks and a local supply house for parts. Many other companies have to order parts and then the customer has to wait longer for the repair. We are proud of our first-class service team and we have customers that request the same technicians over and over again. We hope you’ll give our company a try in the future and see why we’ve proudly served the greater Mercer County community since 1920.

Description of Work: I don't know if they are any good at their work. I do know they are horrible in keeping appointments, having canceled twice on us. Then they called and asked if they could reschedule at 7am. Since I am not a farmer, I never called back.

I was very pleased with his visit.
Description of Work: I asked them to check the gas furnace as a condition of selling my house. The technician fixed a problem with the chimney and the overflow pipe, which he noticed was too long. He found problems to fix at the same price as he quoted to show up. A good job was done and quickly.

THEY ARE CONSISTENT. THEY SHOW UP AND GET THE JOB DONE. THEIR NOT THE CHEAPEST IN THE AREA, BUT DEFINITELY THE BEST. WE NEVER CALL ANYBODY ELSE. WE HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS.
Description of Work: THEY COME TWICE A YEAR, AND CHECK OUR HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONER. IF ANYTHING IS WRONG THEY FIX IT.
