Description of Work: Window washing including tracks. The only complaint I have is that I asked AJ to lift the window stop on each side of the window track to clean underneath and he only did a few. I felt he was unhappy that I asked for that to be done. Other than that they were very nice and did everthing else perfectly.

Fast turnaround and Job was done in 2-3 days after deal purchase. | |Couple of minor things | |1) I was not notified of the appt. nor the team informed us before starting work. It was a bit disconcerting to suddenly hear noise from the roof and then figure that it was the Cleaning Crew. |2) Sent an invoice to me even tough it was pre-paid. Had to call and clarify. |

Description of Work: Marilyn was very helpful in scheduling the cleaning; the men who came out were very professional and respectful. They confirmed the work to be done and explained what areas may not come completely clean. We confirmed the price before any work started, and that was the price I paid.

+ 1 moreI had a good experience with them. The crew is good. The woman who arranges everything calls and confirms. They have pre-scheduling with a discount. I’ve been very satisfied with them. I’ve used them for a couple of years. They show up when they’re supposed to. They’re thorough and they did a good job. They moved my screens to the basement when I needed them to. I just thought they were responsive to what I needed and they fulfilled my expectations. I thought they were fair in their pricing.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived promptly as promised, courteously removed shoes inside the house, inspected the job to be done, and set to work. They worked carefully and efficiently, were very thoughtful and polite. They left the window sills clean, wood grids wiped, screens carefully cleaned, and the glass sparkling! I have cleaned my windows myself in the past and have never been able to get them so clean! I definitely recommend this company!

We have about 30 windows and their price is reasonable for the area. We've used them for other things in the past like power washing the house. They are very good at what they do.
