On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! "I hired JMW & Co to pour a concrete slab for a pre-fab garage. From start to finish Justin was one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. He worked with me to plan it out. He then helped me out with getting the necessary building permit and twice met me at the township in the process. He also stopped by a few times when I had to change plans for zoning. Once the project began he and his crew excavated and prepared the site in one day. Once the township approved the site they poured the slab the next day and finished things up on the 3rd day. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and the quality of his crew’s work is as good as you’ll find.
