Description of Work: The service on the rollers and bearings were excellent. Now my door goes up and down like it supposed to with no problems. The service tech (Scott McDonald) was very pleasant and informative on explaining what he had to do and how I could have entered my garage do to the power outage we had, the only thing I can't find my key for the garage door and I was glad when the power came back on and I could open the door before he came. I hope the A's mean excellent because that is what I would give and I would use this company again and refer them to others. Enjoy your Holidays.

Customer, I'm not sure what the problem was here. You ordered the Big Deal for roller installation and tune up. We installed the rollers, lubricated your door and gave you the evaluation of your door which is also included in the deal. It was evident you had very worn pulleys and frayed cables as well as the worn rollers we replaced, which we recommended addressing to avoid future significant damage or hardship. You had decided not to take our advice and we left after installing your rollers. It is extremely common in most all cases that all the parts of the door wear at the same rate. By not addressing these issues or by addressing them one at a time you are costing yourself more money over the long term and in many cases causing irreparable damage to the structural integrity of the door itself. Description of Work: Had a broken cable on garage door. Tech. said various other parts like springs. pulleys. and rollers should be replaced. I agreed to the repairs but feel the price was too high for the amount of parts changed. He also suggested I replace the opener. I should have shopped for a better price. I am not sure, but I got the feeling the tech's get a commission on what they sell.
