Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

I called Precision Doors because my garage door was getting noisy and not always closing properly. The technician was Charlie, and he was very knowledgeable and patient and took time to explain to me everything he was doing and what was needed.

David was excellent!’ He explained the issue and provided a variety of options. At no point was he trying to upsell. This was an amazing experience!

I've called Precision a few times now for different issues with our 2 garage doors. Each time I've had Matt D come to assess and reach time he's been a pleasure to work with. He provides honest feedback even when it might be better not to do a repair or when it could be done a better way. He's thorough and helpful explaining how the systems work she walks through all aspects and questions you may have. I will continue to be calling them for assistance into the future.

nj We had two very old garage motors in our home and they both broke the same day. We found Precision and decided to schedule an appointment (which was very easy to do). I received a text message saying my technician Ryan Murphy is on the way with his picture and a brief bio about him (such an amazing feature). Ryan diagnosed the issue quickly, then gave us our options. We chose one and he told us how long it would take, then he got to work, and he fixed the entire thing in a few hours. He then helped us program the keypads, set up the app and cameras. He was thorough, personable and professional. If we ever need anymore garage services, we will definitely use Precision and ask for Ryan again!

Precision is really a quality company. I have dealt with them before. John came out on time and gave me options to fix or change my garage door opener and was so pleasant! The repair went well and now I have a new garage door opener and springs. The garage door works smoothly and quietly!

Amazing service from Thomas Sackman and colleague. Faced a garage door with fraying cables, noisy pulleys, grinding Sheetrock, motor and frame pulling away from ceiling - left with a silent, solid, safe garage door with new keypads, remotes, sensors, cables, track wheels….super solid
