Description of Work: They came to evaluate the garage doors. They estimated that they were over 100 years old and were unable to repair them. They did not charge for the visit. They gave us an estimate for replacement which we are considering.

Description of Work: Precision replaced the rollers and cleaned the tracks. They also helped adjust the door which was not aligned correctly.They provided and extensive checklist/grading system on the various parts of the garage door system. Very thorough and helpful.

Description of Work: They were very responsive, but we had reached another provider first. We've used precision many times before, and would highly recommend them. In this case, we called two service providers on a sunday, and the other firm called back first. Had to make a judgment call.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend. I received a courtesy call from the service rep in the am to advise of the arrival time. The service rep provided a clear explanation of the recommended repairs. In sum: he was prompt, thorough and skillful. This service call reminded me of a time that seems long gone.
