Description of Work: Diagnosted that a package of food was blocking my icemaker and would only have charged me for the service call which I found very honest. I had a another repair done on the ice maker which was fixed without being charged for another service call.Although the cost of the part makes me sorry I didn't extend the warrenty on the machine

Description of Work: They had to order a special part for my 20-year-old Maytag stackable unit it was the last port in existence and I knew that buying newmeans sometimes cheaper quality. They ordered the part I waited a few days and they came on time and in about five minutes replace the port. I was happy that it was done so easily and very appreciative yes I would recommend this company and I keep their card in case my refrigerator is the next problem

Description of Work: Replaced entire dryer vent from back of dryer to outside,(this involved getting it through the wall in a very tight space).Sealed with insulating foam where venting meets outside capping. Replaced outside venting cap, caulked and sealed outside capping. A wonderful job! I no longer have dryer smell in my house!!!! Lance was great & new exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Thank you Lance & Bryan

 + 0 moreLance just fixed what was needed and saved me from having to replace major parts or the whole dishwasher which would have been costly. And about 5 years ago, they performed a major repair on a refrigerator under warranty that saved me from having to replace it. In the past they have helped me to select a new washer/dryer and microwave. When I couldn't find anyone to perform major repairs on my deck, they did that too!! Always honest quality service.
Description of Work: Fixed my dishwasher which was not draining properly... investigated and found the problem which was a tiny piece of plastic blocking a valve.
