I originally reached out to Brian and Lance to have them install my new Viking Range Hood during this past winter. Lance came over to my house on February 4th to give me a quote for the install at which time I gave him a check for $100 that he said would be deducted from the cost of the job. Lance came back again on February 24th to template the hood so that I could tile around it to get ready for the install. I gave him another check for $180 for his time (which only took about an hour). He said that they would order the hood vent tomorrow and when it came in would schedule the install. Well the hood they ordered never came in so I purchased it and ended up taking care of the install myself. I've left several messages for the owner Brian to call me but he hasn't. Id like a refund since I feel like they took my money for no reason. Call someone else for your appliance repairs!

Did not go well. Technician misdiagnosed the problem and instead tried to sell me new oven. When I found out after that problem was a simple button, I asked for and was told would get a refund. When not received, I called and was met with abuse, name calling and threats. Not the type of customer service I would expect from a reputable company.

Anytime Repair of Point Pleasant was very professional and responsive. In both the repair of the refrigerator and the microwave, Lance gave us an estimate, ordered the part and managed our expectations as to when the work would be done. They were timely, professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again for appliance repair or purchase.

The repair person was terrific would hire him if he was out on his own. However was very disappointed with management. No estimate was given prior to the work being done. The bill was over $300 dollars but no breakdown was given. When we requested it we were told they don't do that. We had gotten a price of $62. for each ignitor and the installation was only about $15. Professionalism from manage was very rude.

Lance diagnosed problem within minutes. Provided professional, efficient, timely and courteous service.

They helped me beyond their services

Called on Friday left message..Someone called me back within 15 minutes saying they could come out Monday between 9-11..On Monday repairman called at 9 said would be out in 20 minutes, which he was came did repair..would definitely call again if repair needed.

Fair. The representatives I dealt with were punctual, friendly, and professional. On the initial visit, the tech determined that I needed almost $400 in repairs without even opening the dryer based my complaint and listening to the dryer. I'm not an expert, but it seemed excessive to me and quick to tell me I needed so much without even opening up the dryer. The dryer works well now, but is still making a squeaking noise, though not as pronounced. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better.

Ok, but all it needed was vent cleaned, it could've been cheaper

After having a very bad experience with Jersey Coast Appliance, I called Anytime Appliance and the repairs were prompt and complete! Thank you Brian and Lance for your expertise concerning my Northland 42" Built In Refrigerator. I will never use anyone else when it comes to appliance repair and I would suggest that everyone contact Anytime first to save money, time and aggravation. AWESOME JOB!!! Brian Fullman

Lance was very professional and showed up within the promised time frame. He took time to explain the problem, and the price was very reasonable.

Had an issue with my freezer and I called this service. This company was accommodating and scheduled my service when I needed it. The tech Lance was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a good experience with this company.

Needed two trips because part had to be ordered and then installed.Men working were very informative and described problem. We waited a bit on part. Did not feel that was the service but manufacturer.

I called this place and someone actually answered the phone..and was very polite..we spoke about my situation..said he could have someone out in the morning..first thing the next day I got a call as promised..by then the noises stopped..so I never used them..however the customer service was excellent ..will keep them in mind should I need appliance repair in future

Excellent services provider company and this was a good experiences

The repairman was on time and was professional. He checked everything out and said he needed to order parts. He gave a price which i thought was a little high but, in his defense I didn't check the price of the parts on-line. They came in within a day of when he said they would and he came back the day after he called to tell us they were in. He fixed the problems and the refigerator is still working perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

I had barely finished emailing my request for service when the phone rang and it was Anytime Repair! No company has ever replied so promptly. The service man showed up exactly on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. It was clear that he had a lot of expertise. When he finished repairing the connection, he offered to clean the coils which were really dirty and he cleaned up the dust afterwards. This level of service and expertise is hard to find.

Lance was exceptional. Nice guy, knew what he was doing. really cared for his customer. On time for repairs. Would use again.

In and out in under 1 hr. I've used them in the past and as usual everything went as smooth as silk.

I have a rear oven a La Cornue, wich is very hard to find some one to repair it. Brian and Lance came from point pleasant nj all the way to Sea Isle City Nj, which is about two hours away.total professionals in every way.
