Had carpenter bees under the eaves on one side of our house. Mantis came and discovered they were on both sides. Sprayed all the eaves, said bees may still show up for a couple of days, but that should be it. Only saw a couple after that, and none now. Tech was very personable and knowledgeable. Bought the big deal for $160, had to pay extra since part of the eaves were at the peak of the house and so an extension ladder was needed due to it being the 2nd story. Total of about $200 well worth it to get rid of the bees.

We were planning to use this deal to get rid of carpenter ants on our property and the company was scheduled to come in on Friday, May 16th. However, just yesterday, we discovered the path they were using to enter. I sprayed that area yesterday and they have all but vanished from our property! As a result, we will not need this deal (unless the carpenter ants come back).

It went pretty well. The price was right and they were really close by. They were pretty thorough about doing the inspection and they answered all my questions. They even tried to sell me something I didn't need.

Work performed per agreement however bees have returned.

Done piece by piece with a fiber optic probe. did not quit until the top of each hive was uncovered. clean up was thorough as well. arrived at set time. Office staff assured that no emergency assistance was required. Very knowledgable and professional

On their first visit it took them only 20 minutes to do the job. Not satisfied that we had to call them right away to redo the spraycuz it seems the first time they did it was not thorough .

They came immediately (safety hazzard) and cleared the nest quickly

They are very quick and efficient. They were friendly to work with and did a good job.

Jim called and said he might be late, but in fact turned up on time. After checking the house out, he said I didn't need any treatment. I asked him how much I owed, and he said that the first meeting was an evaluation meeting, and I didn't owe him anything.

I wouldn't recommend them. I had a bad experience. Their prices are reasonable but the quality of work was bad. They sprayed and I have all kinds of bugs coming up. The spray obviously never killed them. I will not be using their services in the future.

They were very pleasant to talk to and very efficient. A gentleman came out the next day and check for termites. Thank God I didn't have any. I would recommend them very highly and will recommend them to all my friends that are in need. The guy was very thorough.

The folks at Mantis were fantastic. They were knowledgable (to the point of being professorial!), courteous and thorough. We were all concerned that they might have needed to return for a follow-up visit, but fortunately they did such a thorough job that no follow-up was necessary. Based on their professionalism, knowledge, experience, price, and personality, I would strongly recommend, Tom, Rich and the folks at Mantis to anyone in the area!

I contacted the owner with regards to numerous large holes on my property and the presence extremely big bees. He explained the process of the bee burrowing, killing its' prey, and laying eggs; he took his time and was very knowledgeable. My lawn was treated twice; he explained that the first may not exterminate them completely. There was no charge for the second pass. Very professional, would definitely contact for any extermination needs!

They treated the carpenter bees. They didn’t remove it because it comes back every year. I have them come out every year to spray on my trees. I kept using them. I was satisfied with them. I would use their service in the future too.

We did not end up using them but they were very nice. They were professional. We will consider using them in the future.

The the owner (Richard) came out and did the job. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He was a little late, but reduced the price to make up for it. Explained what the bees were doing and how he planned to get rid of them. He guaranteed the work. I called him one day later to ask if he could come back and spray it again, since I saw a couple bees still flying around. He was courteous over the phone and came back out again.I would recommend this company to anyone that has pest problems.

The exterminator was prompt and very professional. He immediately identified the problem and sprayed the necessary areas. He also identified another pest that I hadn't noticed and told me how to get rid of it with everyday household supplies (no extra fee). The price includes a 1-year warantee. He also told me how long I should expect to see results. I am very satisfied with the work.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT TWENTY YEARS NOW AND THEIR PRICES ARE ALWAYS VERY REASONABLE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE TOO. I NEVER HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH PESTS AFTER THEY COME, SO THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY THING I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY WERE REALLY EXPENSIVE. THEY JUST CAME OUT ONCE AND SPRAYED, BUT AROUND HERE, SOMETIMES PAYING MORE FOR ONE APPLICATION WORKS BETTER THAN PAYING FOR SIX.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY SEND REMINDER CARDS IN THE MAIL AND THEN I CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN TO COME. THEY ALWAYS GET THE WORK DONE ON TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
