They did a really good job. They were the only ones to treat the inside and outside of my garage. I had coverage on the inside and the outside. Their treatment killed it right away. Their guy they sent out was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

After two visits ants remained a problem. we tried to get in contact with company to resolve issue; nothing but crickets. Don"t waste time with this vendor unless you like losing money.

We had heard scratching sounds in the attic. Tech identified possible mouse droppings and distributed poison in the attic, basement and garage. No sounds heard since the treatment.

I already sprayed the wasp nest before they arrived, they had a really poor and vocal opinion about the spray I used for no good reason. In fact, contrary to their opinion when the inspected it, the nest was already empty. They did find a different infestation on the other side of the house though and cleared it.

All went well. Representative surveyed property, recommended placement of bait stations, sealed up any openings he found where rodents could enter the building.

Well, pretty well. I was hoping they would locate the entry point per their service list but he just sprayed the downstairs interior and outside. Ants had been in the upstairs bath but since they were dead, he didn't go there. There is a year warranty though, so if ants return I can call and I'm sure they would repeat and find the entry point. .

James from Mantis came out and did an inspection of the attic and around the perimeter of our roof from the outside. Much as luck would have it, there was zero wasp activity while he was here, and in recent days in fact. Based on how he described dealing with wasps, he needs to see where the wasps are entering and leaving the house to effectively remove any nests and treat the area. In searching around the attic perimeter towards the soffits where the nest(s) would likely be, nothing visible anywhere. Since he wasn't able to exterminate anything, he didn't charge me, and so I can't rate on quality, but in all regards they are an A. Very professional, punctual, educated me while here, prices were competitive, great follow-up, etc.. I will use them in the future.

They did a pretty good job. They used a spray chemical. There was nobody at home during that time. They are pretty professional, resolved the problem right away and they never came back.

Very well. The way my house is constructed made it a not-so-usual treatment but Joe was great and listened to me as I described the areas that I thought were important. I really feel like Mantis is a responsible, responsive company and will continue to use them as needed.

The price is good and i accept the service but it not that great. The do just approximation and it is not detailed.

arrived on time. initial call was a bit unprofessional with being put on hold several times and having the person speak directly with others while on the line with me. first time i've used so we'll see how it stands up

Technician responded and thoroughly sprayed the patio, foundation, steps and fencing. About 4 weeks later, ants returned to a small area. A different technician responded and resprayed. That was about 4 weeks ago and so far so good

Since the treatment, we have not seen any evidence of ants in the house.

So far I have not seen any carpenter bees back where they sprayed.

Work was completed successfully. The individual arrived early and worked with professionalism and a delightful demeanor.

When I called to make the appt., the man in the phone was so helpful. The serviceman was equally helpful. He answered all my questions honestly. I would highly recommend Mantis.

I called because I had concerns about having carpenter ants and/or termite infestation. Mantis responded at the scheduled time and was very professional in looking for signs of infestation both on the inside and outside of the house. After a thorough search, they advised that there was no need of treatment. It would have been very easy for them to recommend some sort of treatment that was not needed. Very professional and honest company. You can't ask for more.

Called Mantis Pest Control at 8:30 am. Received immediate response and James Nolty was immediately dispatched to my home. He arrived in 25 minutes, checked the ants, explained what they are and how they behave, commended my treatment (a regular home defense stuff). There was nothing else to be done, he explained, and said a very friendly goodbye and did not charge us anything. Honest and professional. Highly recommended.

They sprayed for about 10-15 minutes inside and around the home and thankfully now, most of the ants are gone. But when I spoke with them over the phone, the lady said the price I paid included a 1 year warranty, but the guy who did the spraying said I had "pavement ants" and not "carpenter ants" and for these ants, the warranty was only good for 60 days. So I was happy with their service but I just felt I got overcharged since the warranty was so short.
