Fine - have not seen a return of the bees since spraying

On time ,evaluated the problem ,and treated infested areas as well as other locations around the home. Very pleased.

We hired Mantis Pest Control to spray as a preventative measure. They spread inside and around the house. It took about 30 minutes. I wish the job description of the deal we bought would have been a bit more explanatory, I might have bought something a little more in depth. But overall, its kept the bugs away.

It was very good. He was early. He did a good job spraying. The pricing was very reasonable. They called and set up the appointment. They were punctual and courteous. He was very professional. He came and did his job. He did a very good job.

They are very very good. They are very competent, professional and punctual. He was running a little late but called and let me know that. He came for one wasp nest and actually wiped out 2 others. He saved us an extra phone call or two.

I called the provider to inquire about the service and they basically frowned upon me & denied the job. I informed the company that they had used a much cheaper alternative by using a smoke bomb method for the removal, they admitted that they have used this cheaper service however refused to do that for me. I feel the company is hypocritical & this is a double standard.

it went well.showed us most likely points of entry and how to remediate.placed traps around the house. dont know if they are working coz i may have caught all of them with tomcat mice trap .

Alvin was fantastic! He was professional, efficient and absolutely awesome! And he did a great job cleaning up the mess made from the nest. I only want Alvin working at my house!

They did an effective job getting rid of bee hive.

Very responsive. I found out that I had yellow jackets building a nest inside the dining room wall, called at 9 AM and they were able to get to my house by 11:00. They took care of the wasp problem in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Very well - very professional and took extra care not to spray poison in areas where my dogs play.

Mantis did a great job. They answered my (many) questions over the phone and showed up right on time. Even called ahead to see if it was okay for them to arrive earlier than scheduled. Jim was careful to use a pet-safe product inside my house and in my backyard and the heavy-duty stuff in areas my dog won't be able to access. He did a thorough inspection for termites and carpenter ants. I recommend them and will use them again (hopefully, only for preventive maintenance)!

Service was prompt and professional. I found out it is difficult to get rid of yellow jackets unless you know exactly where they have build a nest. One problem was a paper wasp nest had appeared on my front porch. I alerted the workers to this upon our first meeting and then discussion. However, after they had finished, I found the paper wasp nest had not been treated. The firm provided a new worker the next day, but I was charged an additional $50, which was fair, since the original pest control was for yellow jackets.

This is the second job done with Mantis Pest because of their prompt and professional service. The first time, after a misunderstanding, the owner refunded us immediately! They cleared a few wasp nests but nests reappeared in another area, so we called them again. After purchasing a deal with Mantis, the company reached out right away to schedule a date. When there was an issue, the owner personally arrived to discuss solutions and was extremely helpful. Prompt. Professional. Courteous. They removed a few wasp nests on our property and followed up. I wish all service was like theirs. I would recommend them to anyone.
