Description of Work: The technician James arrived early, confirmed which services we had asked for, explained what he was going to do and then went about doing just that. Description of Work: Made the appointment quickly after my call and scheduled it at my convenience. They sprayed for carpenter bees. Technician showed up on time, worked quickly, confirmed it was only a 30 day guarantee so there was no miscommunication. Bees were eliminated and have not returned. Very good experience all around, would use again.
