My only issue was communicating more about what time they would come and the status of materials ordered. Otherwise, the materials and workmanship were great and the job was done in a timely manner.

Called them next day and they came out that day, did a great job, and one of them found a piece of jewelry that my girlfriend had lost in the yard about two years ago and left it on the table by my back door. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their work.

I was called immediately by Mike when I went through HomeAdvisor the first time. He couldn't give me a decent estimate that moment (which was understandable) but he would call back and come out to give my lawn a look. He never came nor called back. I left several messages in the next two weeks, but received no response. As a business professional myself, I think it is one of the most unprofessional practices to no return customer's or potential customer's calls.

they came one time did a fair to poor job went to pay them and they drove away never called me until next Thursday evening to say dog was in the yard so they left asked me was my lawn in needed of mowing I told him yes very much since they left it to long last week said ok they would be back never showed up owner called to say sorry he missed his men I sorry too my yard looks like a jungle and I have small dogs going to look for someone more dependable...
