Prince Property Management did a great job on my driveway addition. It was done in a timely manner, the owner Josh communicated with me the whole time and kept me in the loop as the project progressed and the people who worked on the drive way were very friendly and considerate. I also felt the pricing was fair and transparent. Would definitley recommend.

I wanted a new porcelain patio off of our new sunroom, big enough to accommodate a dining set and area for a gas grill, a smoker, and a firepit. Owner Josh Shirley provided several proposals which included more than we originally discussed, but he wanted to give me options which expanded my vision. He met with my wife and me several times during the planning process, showed us photos of similar jobs he'd completed, brought us a samples of porcelain pavers, made suggestions, and responded to every question. He was very accommodating as we made a few changes during the project. His project manager Brian who was on site daily communicated with us every step of the way so that we'd be happy with the final result. They exceeded our expectations and we've now got a beautiful, relaxing, welcoming, and functional new space which perfectly complements the house and sunroom with room to expand in the near future. We're absolutely thrilled with how Josh and his team made our vision a reality.

They did a beautiful job, but they did not complete it. I paid $200 cash. They refuse to complete the job or call me back with an estimated day to finish.

Josh Shirley and his crew (Brian and others) were exceptional! From the start, it was a seamless experience with everything happening the way Josh said it would go. No surprises! The work is stunning, the ease of working with Josh was amazing and the crew was beyond professional with extreme attention to detail. They kept me informed every step of the way and, with a fussy HOA, they modified the design to something even better than I expected. I would highly recommend them and wish I had more work for them to do on my home!

Josh is great. He helped me design a great patio space regardless of changing my mind ten times throughout the process. The guys did an amazing job and were in and out in a few days. Anyone would be in good hands with Josh and his crew. Very thankful I used Prince property and would not use anyone else going forward.

Very good workmanship and in a timely manner

This contractor did a really nice job however the area where he added new concrete to existing concrete looks ugly because he smeared new concrete onto the old concrete sloppily and it just looks bad. It looks like we are started painting the old concrete but changed our minds after a few errant brush strokes. I feel like with the amount of money we paid we should have had a more finished look.

Bob and the crew were professional and aimed to make everything the way we wanted. This was a large paver pool backyard job with some retaining wall work and a waterfall feature. They had a lot of coordination to do with the Pool company. Highly recommend. Bob brings great customer service, expertise and professionalism at a reasonable price. Bob was always available via text or cell. He monitored the job closely and held the team to a high standard of delivery. Thank you!!

Seemed pretty nice, gave a good price, but never showed up for the job. Still haven't heard from him and the job was supposed to start 3 weeks ago.

Josh was very responsive and easy to work with. The new patio had to be redesigned due to zoning regulations. He was very helpful in revising the design and getting the project completed as planned. The patio looks great.

His is very good at what he does.
