Lawn Medic, so far, has done what I requested. I am quite pleased with their work being a new customer. I am hoping that in the future I will stay pleased with the care of my lawn.

was contacted by the above said they would be out to give me an estimate i waited a week but they never called me back so i hired someone else. this is poor business management . this is the second time i have had this happen to me .

Very responsive and a good value

Josh was prompt answering calls and very helpful in planning the project. The lights were carefully and neatly installed. We were very pleased with the results.

Customer service is great. I needed them to come out to mow my lawn immediately and Mike responded promptly to my request, provided me with a very reasonable quote/price. The grass was pretty high, the cut was neat, they didn't leave any clippings on lawn.

I requested that they mow my lawn two times, two weeks apart. They requested that I pay in advance, which I did, and they came when they were supposed to and did a great job.

hired them to do my lawn maintenance , they cam on time as promised and did not forget to close the gate ( i have a dog) after they left as the previous company did. the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is they trimmed all the new shoots off my fig tree that were just starting to come up which i am afraid now damaged the tree for good. there were also a lot of grass clippings left on the lawn the first time and it looked a bit uneven. it got better the second time

Mowed but did not blow out the beds. When they were asked to do so, they were responsive and did blow out the beds. Hope this continues. Respectful, courteous, on time. Lower score due to slower response from supervisor.

Excellent customer service

They do a good job, very thorough. It is sometimes hard to know if the lawn was done from one week to the next. I recommend that you ask for a bill or invoice with dates on it so you can keep track of how many times they provided the service & what your payment should be.
