Tony did it all in half a day while he renovated our bathroom. I was so happy that he could get the job done at such a fair price while the dumpster was already on site for other reno work.

Tony had two other guys working with him on our renovation project. They were all polite, responsible and totally trustworthy. (That totally trustworthy part was of extreme importance to us!) They placed tarps on the floor and carpet to keep our house as clean as possible and lined the entry way to the living room with plastic sheeting on the day that they removed the tile from the hallway to minimize any dust entering the living room - and this worked really well. When we changed our minds about the hallway tile Tony had some suggestions based on what he had previously used in his own house and it was a great suggestion and we went with it. He also alerted us to the fact that we had purchased the wrong "bullnose tile" for the bathroom- he had checked it out the day before he was to install it so we had time to return the errant tile and pick up the correct tile. This allowed him and his crew to stay on track and not lose any time due to our error. I would very highly recommend Tony Balsamo - without any reservations whatsoever. We have had work done by him over the past 30 years ( roofing, gutters, shutters, bathrooms, etc.) and will continue to use his services in the future.

Called Tony and he had me text him my phone # so he could call me that night. I never received a return call.

All work went extremly well. Ceiling insulation and sheet rock were replaced because of water damage, electrical was improved with additional outlets and light switches for 13 high hat lights, new electric for dishwasher and range, old flooring and plywood sub floor were removed, dura board and porcelain ceramic tile installed, heat ducts moved, subway tile backsplash installed in 3 areas, crown molding installed on new sheet rock and existing paneled walls, ceiling painted, kitchen painted where needed. Kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and stainless steel sink were installed. Appliances were not included in the price but contractor installed them. This project took 10 weeks to complete. At the end of every day, everything was cleaned up, swept, and/or vacuumed, never leaving a mess. I have hired Tony Balsamo Contrator to work on other projects including installing a new roof, replacing damaged wood shakes on the southern side of the house, and repairing the deck and adding railings. If there will be any other projects, I would certainly call Tony Balsamo first.

Tony and his crew arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Tony works on sight with them throughout the entire day. Even though there was only one layer of roofing, it was removed to the wood because of interior water damage. The new roof and all contracted work was completed in one day, including ridge vents on three levels. Clean up was very good. They swept and raked up all the debris and used a magnetic roller to pick up nails in the grass and on the driveway. I will certainly hire Tony for additional work to be done.

Tony and Jeff came out to the house as promised and on time. They put down drop cloths in the area to be serviced. They installed the new attic fan promptly, and throughly cleaned up after completion. The exhaust fan worked great! Always a pleasure to do business with this company. Thanks again! I would recommend this company to all in need of general contracting.

He came in and did a beautiful job. What he did was magic. The bathroom turned out wonderfully. Better than we ever expected. I would reccomend him to anyone in need of bathroom service.

Fantastic. Tony and his crew were great, and the bathroom came out better then we expected. He added a vent fan through the roof, and worked the plumbing so that our chosen vanity would fit. Very grateful to Tony.

Tony & Jeff were prompt, professional and very polite. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions honestly and completely. They were very hard working and responsible.

Tony Balsamo Contractor Inc. did quality work at reasonable rates. He & his crew were very knowledgeable, reliable, professional and courteous. They knew we were under time constraints to get the garage restoration work done and they went above and beyond to get the job done, even working in cold, wet December weather to finish the work. They were always on time, were neat with their work, and made sure they left the work area clean every day. In addition they coordinated with our garage door installers and made sure all framing and supports were precise so that the installation of the garage doors and openers went smoothly. We plan on hiring Tony again in the spring to do additional carpentry and siding work on the exterior of our home. Good home improvement contractors are very difficult to find, and we were quite fortunate to have found Tony Balsamo.

From the first contact, everything went just as Tony said. He and his crew are very professional and accommodating. They kept to the timetable he promised and we were very satisfied. Would definitely call them again for any type of work needed on our house. Thanks, Tony!

Tony and his men did a great job. They finished the job in one day, showed up when they said they would, and gave me a 5 year warranty. He is honest, professional, and no nonsense. I highly recommend him.

I was happy Tony was able to come out a few days after I had purchased the deal and coordinated a time. From my driveway, he also saw the roof section I was concerned about and went up to inspect. He checked the entire roof and also threw down some stuff that was sitting in my front gutters. When he got to the area of my concern, he walked and jumped in some places that would have given him an idea of the issue. I had already budgeted some money since, to me, it clearly seemed to need repair. I was happy he felt confident it was only a bowed rafter and he did not feel any give if there has been something loose or shifting. I appreciate that he was honest and did not feel any current repairs were necessary. To me this shows his integrity as I would not have known the difference if he had quoted me a price to repair. I feel at ease going into another winter that my concern was addressed by a professional
