Precision Painting Plus of New Jersey

Precision painting has painted the majority of rooms in my home! We moved with a newborn and this company has been a life saver. They even made it happen the week before Thanksgiving when it was their busiest time! 100% recommend, they do a wonderful job, they are kind and a PLEASURE to work with!!

Response was quick and all contacts were very helpful and professional. Jairo Ramirez, the site manager and Danny, the painter were a delight to work with. Trish Gates, the account manager, kept everything flowing.

Not the smoothest of experiences. Did not clean up well. Many paint splatters on the hardwood floors. They broke my bookshelf/desk, and repaired it poorly. I can't find the tops to my window blinds. They missed a spot between the wall and the opening of my refrigerator door. Not worth the charge.

I used them to fix another contractor’s mess up. They do great work!

Very good experience......Taylor, Shane, Mike and Daniel helped us get our project done in a timely fashion. If there were any problems they were immediately fixed and addressed.

Arron and his crew were excellent. They were very professional and met all of my expectations. The house looks like new! Arron stayed in constant communication with us and answered any questions that we had about the process. We knew exactly what their schedule was from day to day. They truly care about the results of their work and they did not walk away the minute they were paid. We asked them to come back for one item and they were there the next weekend. It's rare to find people who take so much pride in their work and are reasonably priced.

From the start, the team from precision painting was a pleasure to work with. Brad came out took a look at the job room by room evaluated what needed to be accomplished and provided a rough estimate before he walked out the door. Very professional, very easy to speak with. When the team arrived we were pleasantly surprised they did not start painting immediately; they spent almost a day 1/2 prepping!! from caulking around the windows and doors to hanging enough plastic tarp in the kitchen to protect the cabinets that it resembled an operating room. We couldn't wait for them to finish because we were SO excited to see the end result, and we were not disappointed. The ONLY thing i wish they would have done is remove the outlet covers. if you have a large job, do not have time for yourself or just want a VERY professional job, call Precision Painting! seriously !!

Anthony on your team was the deciding factor. I really enjoyed his updates and regular communication. I loved that you do business over e-mail and with docu-sign. This was a rental property I never met Anthony, but he went there on his own used my lock box and key code to gain entry measured and quoted quickly. This type of professionalism led me to hire your company. The painting work was done a bit rushed, the team got paint on minor things like door knobs and light switches. However, overall the job was fine. They did break a couple of things, such as a dimmer light switch and vertical blind valances. However, Anthony worked with me to escalate to your team for reimbursement. Overall great experience.

You won't experience this type of professionalism very often. The quality of work and service could not have been better. I was very pleased with the outcome of the project and I would recommend Precision Painting Plus to friends and family.

From the initial contact which was within 30 seconds of the request, I was passed to a coordinator and then a project manager Anthony Gentile within one day. Communication was excellent, and they worked with me to my requirements and budget, including the bad news, changes or delays. Over the years, 20 or more as a landlord, and homeowner I have experienced absolute incompetent scammers, handymen trying their best, however lacking the training and skills to corporate crooks trying to bully money through tight contracts. These guys at Precision were professional, had a great workflow process, did what they said they would do at a fair price and quality work and top folks to deal with; would I recommend these guys with my own home and work with them again? Absolutely.

Alfredo Odar walked me through the process and explained why specific paint and primer was necessary for what we needed. He was prompt to our appointments as was his team. They were careful to protect other parts of our home and property as well as our neighbors. They completed the project on time and Alfredo conducted a walk through with me to ensure we were satisfied with the work and that everything was completed to our satisfaction.

I've asked to paint the well kept 10 years old 2 bed room condo. I was especially asking to pay attention to paint and fix small irregularities in extensive wood trims of bay windows. Their offer was the highest on the market and approximately 120% higher than the lowest offer I've got from licensed contractor, because the contractor looked professional, they were available on a short notice, they had good reviews and promised to do whatever I've asked especially with precious trims. The contractor (A.) was very responsive at first and answered the phone immediately and also replied to emails pretty fast. Just to mention that as long as the project went forward, the contractor started to respond slower and slower. During the estimate when I showed him Angie's list coupon - he told me that this coupon is no longer valid, but if I will decide now, he will honor it. I am not sure if this is true, since I didn't contact Angie's list about that. The project was finished in 4 days instead of promised 3, which is not bad, I witnessed only 1 person working . He told me that it is impossible to do trimworks I was promised by the contractor which surprised me. to make a long story short - they did not a bad work with walls using Benjamin Moore's paints which you pay separately. The trimwork was really bad. They pretty much destroyed it by using bad paint brushes and painting over the dirt and nails. They came to fix it but made it even worse, so I decided to pay them just not to see them again. They also buy a paint for you (but you pay for it separately). At the end I paid ~1000$ for paint only, and they bought a lot of it so I left with 4 gallons of paint. On the positive note, they were coming pretty much on time and leaving too on time and kept place clean. Only few spots of pain on the floor and over sockets. At the end, it is really, not worth it hire them for a price they request. You are paying for their marketing, website and to contractor. Workers are pretty much the same as elsewhere else. In my area you can have offers from licensed contracts >50% lower and I would hire next time the cheapest one since at the end of the day I've ended up fixing after the most expensive one.

They did a fantastic job. Very high quality and conscientious. They prepped the work area well and cleaned up as though they had never been there.
