Deegan Brothers Roofing & Siding

A 2 man crew came and inspected and modified roof from attic to ensure load bearing from exterior. The work they do is always top notch. My reason for this review is for the professionalism of Brian Deegan. Brian has been my in person contact throughout my relationship with Deegan Brothers. There has been a few service calls because of our severe winter and in each instance I have been pleased with his professionalism. That does not come by accident. The elements supporting the high level Brian displays are earned through experience developing planning, organizing, human resource managing and development skills. The most important aspect is leadership. Brian takes ownership of the challenges and is able to problem solve a solution making his customer have confidence. He is driven and devoted to the enterprise and his purview. I am able to say these thing based on interactions with him. I developed people on supervisory and operative levels while managing a manufacturing cost center and would be lucky to have Brian Deegan in my organization. In many ways because of his role with customers he is the face of Deegan Brothers. Needless to say I am happy with the services and value of the services of this outfit.

We had work done and ever since we have had water leaking under the soffits and causing damage to our house. I have contacted them numerous times. The first time they came out and "fixed" the problem. Taking responsibility for it. The second time they supposedly came out and deemed it was our siding causing the problem. All of a sudden it isn't their fault. Although they NEVER contacted us stating so. I emailed again since every time it rains the soffits fills with water and are now warped. Diane finally called back was extremely rude got mad at me for asking for documents stating they discussed issue with me prior and when I said it wasn't our siding hung up on me. She called back a min later and I let voicemail pick up. Well she didn't hang up her phone correctly afterward and I now have her on voicemail calling me a stupid b*tch and mocking me. We were warned against this company and didn't listen! Worst mistake we ever made was using Deegan! They also did our roof unfortunately.

Workers arrived on time and did an excellent job.

No matter the quality and workmanship winter weather and icing can cause problems. In as much as I am a new homeowner after 30 years in a condo Brian is always ready to respond if I have a question or concern. Deegan Brothers really takes ownership of their work. This is another example of their commitment to their customers that Brian is accessible, reasonable and serious about backing up their work. I am really happy with this outcome and based on my previous contact with Brian (and the customer service department) have come to not be surprised by their excellence but grateful for it.

We wanted an estimate to replace the roof. Not only did Deegan provide the lowest replacement estimate, but they presented a cheaper alternative as the roof was not necessarily ready for replacement,

The crew arrived and started right away they used protectective sheeting over sh rubbery areas but not everywhere so I have a few smears to clean from falling shingle. The problem was not big enough to mention and in the scheme of things minor. Especially in light of the way the cleanup of nails at end of roofing. Special care was taken in the reflashing of vents and chimney. The gutters and leaders were done a few days later. one piece of leader was scratched by mechanic during the installation but addressed immediatley

Deegan Brothers did a great job. We used them in the past when we first bought our house several years ago and, after having been in it for less than a month, found that part of the roof leaked horribly (which, unfortunately, our home inspection did not catch). They did a great job back then at fixing the roof leak. This past summer we once again found another, smaller leak. They came out immediately, found the cause, and had it fixed the next day. They also fixed, free of charge, part of our siding that had come loose during a storm. And then they found another part of siding that needed attention and fixed that too. They are great, and go out of their way to help. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have good, honest roof / siding work done.

I selected Deegan Brothers Roofing to do our home because I have personally observed their work at several homes that I have inspected. The owners are Chris and Diane - The Lead Foreman is Brian - they are all very personable and professional. As an Engineer and "Hands-On" Experienced Roofer - I was Impressed! If it takes time to get on their schedule - it is worth it. I Highly Recommend DEEGAN ROOFING - and I have no financial - reciprocal relationship. They are simply - The Best I have ever seen!

Although they were very busy when I first attempted to contact them their personnel were very responsive and accommodating. I had issues with getting the insurance claim resolved but once that was done the Degan men came right out and got the work done quickly and easily.

When I do need a new roof I will again contact Deegan Brothers. There seem to be a very honest company and Chris Deegan is a very personable man.

They were fine, they were courteous. They were punctual and honest about what they did and did not do and gave us some advice as the house is new to us.

They were prompt and completed the service as agreed upon. We have a lot of small sections of gutters, they missed one section, we called, and they sent someone back out the next morning. We were very happy with them.

I was very satisfied with them. The overall experience was the best and we were very satisfied with them. They were excellent in everything. We will use their services again in the future.

Deegan Brothers provided a quote right on the phone and that is what they invoiced. They did the work a day before they were scheduled to and did a great job cleaning the gutters and reattaching a downspout to the gutter leader pipe. This pipe was very high so I couldn't do it myself. They fixed it straight away an water doesn't pour on to my deck anymore! Very reasonable price.

I spent $9000 on that work. It turned out extremely well. They are a good group.

We need stucco work too and didn?t think they could bring in another person. We chose not to hire them because of this.

Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable folks who delivered as promised, will use again. Overall a great experience.

The job went very quickly and after the cleanup you could not tell they had been there.

Service was completed the day after I called for an appointment.

They were professional. I would recommend the to anyone. They showed up on time. They did a fanstic job.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS THAT NEED THIS KIND OF SERVICE DONE.

IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND MORE. THE STATEMENT WAS ON TIME, AND THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH. ALSO, THE CLEAN UP JOB THAT THEY DID WAS AWESOME.
