Description of Work: Yeah so our driveway ,stairs, side walkway it was in pretty bad shape. And it looks so much better now, u might think your pulling into Jay z house. It looks too good to be in the town we’re in. We’ve got Ben coming back out to quote us on a couple more things. If u talk to Ben he’s gonna suggest some Belgian block, get it get it all put it on your roof make it a counter top in your kitchen. Seriously with the stones they add to it and the way they sculpt the concrete in between it looks amazing. So shout out to Ben, Gene and the family, Mike Mister B and the whole crew. “Thanks”

Description of Work: Removed shrubbery around entire house, create a sloping grade away from the foundation and lay a rock bed around the entire house.

Description of Work: EXCELLENT Mason contractor. They were very thorough in identifying that the foundation was crumbling and needed major repairs that they did as promised and on time.

Description of Work: I contracted Mario Grano and Sons to do my front steps after the original contractor did not know what he was doing. They did a terrific job and I am totally satisfied. I would recommend them thoroughly.

Description of Work: The Grano brothers, Ben and Gene, and their crew professionally replaced my backyard concrete patio (approx 15 ft x 24 ft) when they agreed to do it, in the time period they said they would do it, and provided an excellent finished product. The entire team was courteous,always completely answered any questions, and worked cooperatively to complete the project on time and per the contract terms and conditions. The surrounding area was left in as good or better condition than when they started. I am very pleased with the results and I would definitely use them again in the future. Tony B.

Description of Work: Grano and Sons never showed up to do some masonry work. We agreed upon a September start date. They didn't show up in September saying the rain was a problem and gave the same reason in October (both were relatively dry months). They also said there were some unforeseen circumstances preventing them from coming in October. The said they could make it November 6th - They never showed up November 6th and sent an email canceling the job for the reasons cited above and due to their inability to meet "Our" timeframe

Description of Work: Laid 248' x 6' x 4' of sidewalk with class B DOT mix of pure concrete with fiber mesh reinforcing. Also corner concrete |(7' x 6' x 14'6" x 6'). The concrete is poured to a 4" thickness with 3/4"of clean blue stone below the cement. They also installed a drain pipe to the street which replaced a broken one which was destroying the lawn. They placed sod over the filled trench. |They did the best job that I have seen being, or having been, done in the area by other providers. This firm know how to do the job properly.

Description of Work: A french drain was installed around the perimeter of the house. Two regular sump pumps and two back-up pumps (in case of power failure) were installed. They first had to demolish the basement family room and bathroom because of water and mold damage from Hurricane Irene. This was a big job. The town inspector said this was one of the biggest drains he inspected. A 30 yard dumpster was needed to remove the debris. They were very professional and hard working. We can't praise the workers enough. They cleaned off and hooked up the washer & dryer again. The workers cleaned the driveway and sidewalks of mud (it was raining some days). They were extremely careful and considerate. We want to thank them for all their hard work, and also thank Ben Grano for a job well done.

Description of Work: Old sidewalk was being pushed up by tree roots. They took out old sidewalks, front walkway, and replaced them. They also trimmed tree roots and, as requested, curved sidewalk to accommodate tree.

Description of Work: THEY LAID CEMENT UNDER MY PORCH AND MY SIDEWALK.

Description of Work: THEY TORE UP OUR OLD DRIVEWAY AND SOME OF OUR SIDEWALK AND REPLACED IT ALL.
