Great Service from two professional men - they were on time, courteous and respectful of our home and furnishing to make sure getting a huge sofa out a small door did no damage. I would highly recommend Junk It for any removal services you need.

Both Mike and Greg were gentlemen. They arrived early,and went above and beyond what I asked them to do. They were neat, thorough and quick. Some have cautioned about the price but I dont mind paying if the service is excellent.

We called Junk It and Mike and Kurt came out to give us a free estimate. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They gave us our estimate and right then we scheduled them to come out three days later. On the day of the job everything went smoothly. They lifted an extremely heavy TV out of the house and maneuvered a dryer out of the basement with no problems. They worked very quickly and even cleaned up the dirt that had accumulated under the pile of debris in the driveway. We're so glad we chose Junk It. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs stuff hauled away.

The service went well. It was very expensive but the people were extremely professional and very polite. They did a nice job not damaging anything as they removed things. We might not use them again because they are based in New Jersey and we would be in North Carolina; but if there is a possibility though, we would probably use them again.

Went great. Very courteous and professional. Careful not to cause any damage to walls or wooden stairs. Punctual (even called to say he would be a few minutes late as he was stopped at a railroad crossing).

. Mike & Kurt came the day I called (Wednesday, 1/9) to quote me for the haul-away & I scheduled them for two days later (today, 1/11.) They just finished the work needed & not only did they do a great job (in a very timely fashion), they are both very pleasant. They were punctual, professional, well prepared with all the tools they needed (rakes, shovels, garbage bins, leaf blower, tarp, etc), and very fairly priced. I highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future!

It went well, .as I described in the above entry. Junk It removed a cumbersome piece of furniture in a short time through the back door.

Mike was punctual and gave me a written estimate. He completed all the work listed in his original estimate for the initial price he quoted. They also cleaned up the place before they left and were very polite and professional. We have done a lot of construction work at our house and I would rate Mike as one of the best contractors we have hired so far.

The only thing that I felt was that I was overpriced and that was why I did not use them anymore. However, they came when they said they would come and they worked. They seemed really expensive. I did not get to go and see the price upfront so I was kind of shocked. I had them stop halfway so was wondering would they charge me for half way; I thought it was going to cost the whole attic to be cleaned. They were here for a couple of hours so I was wondering what they thought they were worth. The price was high. They called back and followed up. I could never use them anymore because I could not afford it. Therefore, I did it myself and had a girlfriend help me because it was a two-person job. When I am up in the attic, I had to hand things down but I just could not give what they want. They were fine, I felt comfortable with them getting in the house. My dad had used them before. We had a really heavy old refrigerator and they did a great job getting it out. They had to call somebody extra to get it. They were fine. I thought they were old couple taking advantage, when I did not have a man there. They did fine work but I just thought they over charged. They are expensive and I would not use their services again.
