Description of Work: Treated perimeter of structure for control of termites. Trenched soil and drilled slab in rear and injected under slab. Treated crawls under front and rear porches. Our home is large felt this was reasonable. Definitely was quick to respond and take care of our concerns.

Description of Work: They came out after I called and said I saw ants. They did wear I told them they were and also the outside of the house. This was not my normal visit so I was not charged because I called them for a problem and they came in a few days to fit my schedule.

Description of Work: Might be a good idea to get a couple of other prices...thought they were a little high. I had a squirrel get into my crawl space from around the vent pipe. They wired that off and it took care of the problem. The salesman was a little too slick for my liking, but since I'm also a salesman, I'll buy anything.

Description of Work: They inspected my property for termites and provided the warranty for the year. They also fully inspected my house for other pests/bugs and provided estimates for service plans. The representative was very professional and polite. I give them a C for punctuality because they called near the very end of my window time frame so the actual arrival time was after.

Description of Work: I highly recommend APM; they are very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. They are the best pest control provider I've ever worked with. I forget how much I paid initially, but there is an upfront amount paid and then a monthly fee. I am still using the service. Consumers should check with the company regarding fees, but for the service you get, they are well worth it!

Description of Work: They sprayed around the outside of the house, they do in the crawl space and they also apply special chemical inside for ants. We do not want them to spray inside and they don't. Any problems in between are scheduled appointments they come as soon as possible. They try to make the appointments convenient to you.
