General prevention treatments are done well. The gutter cleaning is an expended service they provide. I have a flat roof so that means they have to clear the roof and the gutters. It has gone well. it is an added service they provide, and their crew is very careful of my gardens and plantings.

Generally they are very responsive, expect for the last time I called them that was the only time they have been responsive, I called them, I called them and I let a voice mail all day long I kept calling them and they check saying just leave your name and number and we'll call you back promptly and then I called them again the next morning at eleven o'clock when they hadn't call me back they said oh we were having our holiday party, I thought that was really, but that was the only time that was like really not appropriate other than that one time their usually really really responsive.

They have been monitoring my house for termites for years.

In the beginning everything went fine. This July I had an appointment and they never showed up. I received a bill for $81.00 for this same date. I called the office and was told that Bob was the exterminator that showed up. Bob said I wasn't home and he did the application. I was home and Bob never came. I have discontinued using their service for this reason. I would not recommend their service.

I was extremely impressed in every facet of their services. We had an ant problem and within half an hour of sending an email to APM we had a phone call and an estimate appointment. The APM representative was prompt, professional and courteous. The price for the service was very reasonable. The appointment for the exterminator was scheduled for the following Monday between 7-10 am and they were at our door at 8 AM. Once again, the exterminator was prompt, courteous and professional in every respect. Most importantly, our ant problem seems to have been addressed. Very, very good company and i would highly recommend.

They were fabulous, no problems what so ever, they are reasonably priced and come every three months. I highly recommend them.

The salesman that came, did not , in my opinion, have a good knowledge of pest and wanted to talk about the art on my walls and not the pest.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant, professional, and arrived at the appropriate time. When Jim came out to view my problem and give me an estimate, he also mentioned that I could get a year's contract, with a monthly service, to treat any other pests that I might have. I told him that I really couldn't afford it and I particularly appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy in trying to sell me additional services. Whenever I need services or contractors, etc., I normally get three estimates. For whatever reason, this time I didn't. Therefore, I'm not sure if the price I was quoted was within reason or not. However, I did get a senior discount and an Angie's List discount which I did appreciate. I also like the fact that they are bonded and insured. Although Jim had told me that they would first come out and spray and then come another day to check everything and remove the nest, the exterminator was able to treat the nest and remove it all in one day. Nest removed and all is well!

I've been using them for probably about 10 years. They're great. Whatever you ask them, they'll try and do. The price seems reasonable. They give you a time frame and they're always here within the time frame.

I've had several different people come for maintenance and they've all been friendly and very professional. They do a great job and are always very fair and share suggestions on making things better. i just wanted a general maintenance contract to check the house and make sure its bug free and they were great.

Couteous worker! Very thorough and careful. We did need to call for a return visit which was scheduled & completed promptly. Would definietly recommend and reuse if ever necessary again!

They check our termite problem every year and we have been happy with the service. We also had a cricket problem last year and they took care of that as well.

They laid two traps with cat food as bait and caught one skunk in two days. then came back with the traps again for 5 days.They checked daily but never caught another skunk. We have not been bothered by one since.

They showed up when they said they would and performed the services as discussed.

We've been with APM for over 10 years and continuous monitoring and treatments have been made when necessary; with the monitoring, our termite concern has been addressed well - none found since initial treatment. Termite inspection occurs 2x per year. We've had other issues taken cared of- raccoon nest and carpenter ants. We feel that we can call upon them should we encounter other matters of concern and they will show up at the earliest possible time when needed.

The area I have a home in is known for a fierce ant population. They are always willing and pleasant about treating my house at no extras charge. $400 per year

Jim came out for a free estimate and very patiently looked around my house and listened to my concerns. He labeled the ants in my kitchen as "odorous ants" and came up with a treatment plan. Upon agreeing to sign up for the plan, I received a call to set up an appointment. Rob came out and very patiently helped me customize my plan. For example, I did not want glue traps or mouse baits but did want snap traps. He also took note of my having a dog, kids, and fish in order to further customize my plan. Rob took his time and I feel did a thorough job. I am impressed so far with APMs prompt responses and arrivals, and their patient and friendly workers. I am thrilled to be on their protection program.

They did a good job. They got here within the time they said they would. Their price was average for the area, and it was comparable to everybody else around. I am not able to grade the quality of their work because there has not been enough time to tell. We have a contract for them to come back in a year for follow-up.
