Ben and his team at Fresh Air Flow did a fantastic job replacing our outdoor condenser - a conversion from r22 to r410a - and they moved the condenser unit to a new location at our request. Ben responded quickly to our initial call, and they were on time for the estimate appointment and for the scheduled repair. In summary, Fresh Air Flow was a pleasure to work with - explaining each step in the process - pricing was very fair - and they cleaned everything up when finished. We will definitely call them again for future HVAC needs and plan to recommend Ben to friends and family.

This contractor was very professional and stayed within the timeframe. They were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Explained how to maintain the unit and will follow up within a week. They had someone pickup our old unit and when we had an unexpected problem, they immediately came out the next day and fixed the problem.
