I wasn´t happy i did not feel they where honest, they overcharged me. They was here for 3 hours but I see them half the time. Actually they were going to charge me 1500 and they gave me a 400 discount for install a thermostate that costed 300!

This company fresh air was very clean working , quick and efficient and knowledgeable I would highly recommend fresh air for your project they were great!

I have had the opportunity to use Fresh Air Flow in both my business and home. This is a terrific company to work with. They really care. If I have an emergency, they re-work their scheduled to fit me in. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their recommendations are always spot on. At my home, they recommended an energy efficient HVAC system that reduced my monthly bills by $100 per month! The difference in cost for the upgrade was recovered quickly. They also did a whole house vent cleaning. I was surprised at the amount of dirt they recovered from the cleaning. At my business, we had ongoing issues with hot spots in the summer. Ben and his team again made recommendations that have fixed our issues. (We tried unsuccessfully for many years with several other HVAC contractors to get resolution.) I had a great experience with Fresh Air Flow! Since Iâ ve been in my house Iâ ve intermittently smelled mold coming from the vents. I have an allergy to mold and dust so have gotten the HVAC system cleaned and sanitized before, but Ben Marga and his team provided a thorough cleaning in which they removed the vent/return covers throughout the main floor and basement, and cleaned inside the HVAC unit, making sure to sanitize the evaporator coil. To deal with the mold issue longterm Ben installed a UV light. I was skeptical about this pricey solution, but after walking around my house with a mask for days in an effort to mitigate the sore throat, nose, and watery eyes caused by inhaling mold, I was willing to try. Within 2 hours of the installation I noticed a change in symptoms. Three weeks have passed and Iâ m still breathing easy! After such a good experience, I requested the installation of a whole-house humidifier, as the one I had was 30 years old and non-functioning, creating excess static electricity throughout the house. I noticed a gap in the tubing from the humidifier and Ben sent someone out quickly to fix the issue. Everything is working well now. I highly recommend you choose Ben and his team to address your HVAC issues. He has integrity, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain options thoroughly. When you have someone working on such a critical piece of your homeâ s infrastructure, this is exactly what you want.

Great business. I just had my heater replaced, but they also put in a new AC unit last year. Their service is great and you can't beat their price. Highly recommended.

Specifically, I had an HVAC box and a whip replaced. The individuals worked efficiently and the price was very reasonable.

Everything was great- they were helpful on the phone and scheduled me easily. I needed a simple dryer vent cleaning but when they started we found out that the vent had been disconnected inside the walls at two different points. There was years of lint being pumped into the walls (and exhaust from the dryer) causing a fire hazard. While they were here they reconnected the vent in both places (even cleanly opening the walls of the basement where they needed to) and cleared out the space in the walls where lint was hiding. Seriously did a great job and took the multiple curveballs my basement had for them and the price was super reasonable.

Impressive quality of service The FRESH AIR FLOW Company was excellent to do business with for my HVAC unit which works perfectly. I got into contact with Ben Marga, owner of FAF at the beginning of my replacement project. BM is very knowledgeable and quick to communicate. All appointments were attended on time and in a very professional manner with email reminders and text messages before showing up from FAF with these 2 friendly and hard working technicians James Zegrino and Shawn Herbert. When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time. Despite drilling through walls, they made absolutely no mess inside my house. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained. They had great customer services and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great, perfectly symmetrical. All in all I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would definitely recommend them highly and worthwhile investment if you are looking to improve your comfort. Thank you FAF

If you are looking for a reliable knowledgeable HVAC company, Fresh Air Flow is a great choice. They designed a great system for our business. We had cooling issues for years. Other HVAC companies could not get working correctly. Ben re-designed our system and now everything is cool. They show up on time, they called and kept me informed and their bill was reasonable compared to other quotes. Highly recommend.

I had 2 systems replaced by Fresh Air Flow. They provided outstanding service and excellent communication from quote to final invoice. The only company that provided an itemized quote, listing every piece of equipment and service and the price. Ben, Steve, and Greg were very professional and skilled at their trade. They kept the job site clean and cleaned up after the job was done. They spent about half day each to install the two systems. They wore masks and were safety conscious. I was very pleased with the outcome and warmly recommend Ben, his company and his crew.
