In replacing the front steps they discovered we had another issue and that needed to be resolved before they could continue with their work. They could have said nothing but instead Bill Taylor pointed out the issue which could have cost us alot more money down the road.. and all these years later we still appreciate the job TBI did for us.. the pavers and front steps are still in great shape thanks to Bill Taylor's high standards and great work ethic. We recommend TBI whenever we can. Recently I visited a friends home who had TBI do work for them and their finished work had the same consistency, quality and beauty that I have come to admire and expect from TBI. "We just completed our basement project. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and we just hit 7.5 weeks. The coordination of each step of the process was fantastic. The only downside is the workers came 1 time per week each of the 7 weeks. I think maybe one week more than 1 crew came, but each stage was done 1 day out of the week once a week (ex: Tuesday the framers came, the following week: Friday the electrician came, the following week: Wednesday the sheet rock guys came, etc.). It would have gone much quicker if each stage was back to back days, but again we were told 6-8 weeks from day one and thatâ s what we got. Gail (who is the point of contact for coordination and payments) was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Every team except the spackle team was super clean and picked up after themselves. Paint team was fantastic! The final product is exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommend Basic Basements!"

Len had great suggestions, and, in the end, Len renovated my entire condo from custom made fireplace with mantle and ceramic tile, high hats to cornice lighting, to back splashes, wainscoting, crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, drywall, everything. It looked spectacular and all my neighbors raved about it. No detail was left undone. His work is phenomenal, real quality old school worker who values and takes pride in everything he does. "It was a great experience working with Vick. There was no way we would've been able to quarterback the project and have it done as quickly as he was able to, so 100% worth hiring him. Our project was gutting the kitchen and expanding it into the dining room (eliminating the wall to create one big kitchen), painting and new flooring throughout the 1st floor. He was able to get us on schedule QUICK and was good at communication. The job was subcontracted out, but the people Victor brought in were reliable, friendly, and hard working. Demo started 3/1 and the project was completed 5/3. A majority of the time was waiting on the appliances, then cabinets, then counters to come in so really all out of Vick's control. Once they were in though, Vick was quick to get the crew working again."
