This is the second time I have had Jakes Gutters come to clean my gutters. The are friendly, reliable, honest, thorough and reasonably priced. He is the kind of subcontractor you want to have helping you to maintain your home. Hire them. You won t be disappointed.

This man is effective, efficient, and well priced. He out priced three other competitors. Not only were his prices great, he was flexible. I was not able to be home during the replacement of my gutters and he was still willing to get the work done while I was away. My home looks amazing =)

The only issue we had was there were some obvious things that needed to be buttoned up and I had to pay my guys to fix those issues. Overall, they were good and pleasant to deal with but if I used them again, I wouldn't pay them until I had a chance to review the job upon completion. This job was too far away from me to do that.
