Roy, the manager was on time, and was very courteous. The gutter was not cleaned in a few years. He was done in no time, explained some future, potential issues, and repaired a hanging elbow, that kept disconnecting. Additionally, I had an old cable dish from the previous owners on our house that was old. rusty, and unsightly. He gladly removed, for a minimal amount, and took it away to be disposed. I would definitely hire again in a minute!! Thanks again!!!!!

My experience was excellent. Jake Gutters was very prompt for the survey and for the job itself. I had to leave the house to run an errand while Jake Gutters worked in the gutter replacement. They completed the job and thoroughly. I came back home following errand and the new gutter was on just right. Jake Gutters cleaned up after the job nicely. Jake installed gutters and downspouts 2 years ago and did a terrific job, They called last year and wanted to clean and check them and did so. This year i have been calling them to do the annual cleaning and I can't get in touch. They don't answer the phone and don't call back. Are they still in business? I'm very disappointed.

I didn't know if I needed new or just a repair, either way it wasn't a huge job so I have been having difficulty getting a company to do it. I got an estimate the day after I called and he was willing to answer all my questions., Very efficient, quick, very nice also. I ended up just needing a repair and cleaning. Reasonable price, will call this company again.
