Carmine and Anthony did a great job replacing my water heater. I also hired them to install a new dish washer after that. Anthony did a great job on that project too! Inspector asked for a small change and Carmine did not have a problem coming back for some tweaks. Great communication at all times along the way! Recommend!

Carmine and his guys are the highest level pros. Always responsive, get on the job immediately and see it to completion. They keep the site clean and get it done. I will be using them again.

This was a difficult install, up three flights of stairs and a spiral staircase to make it just a bit more interesting. Carmine was able to accommodate my last minute request to move the installation up one day due to something I had going on at work. Carmine kept me up to date when they would be at my condo. Carmine and Anthony were fast and even with the difficult task of carrying up a 50 gallon tank to a loft via the spiral staircase caused no damage. Very happy with the service and the price.

After a couple of delays,'s Carmine arrived and had the water heater installed in about an hour. Out with the old..in with the new...Cleanup after unit installation was done very well... I was very satisfied with how it all went down.

They quoted me the fairest price, and equally important weren't pushy! But they were fast and came right when I needed them to. Carmine (on the phone) and Anthony (who came to do the work) were professional and polite. They called the morning of the service and then called again with an ETA. Installation went so smoothly. I highly recommend.

My water heater broke on Sunday and I got a call within minutes telling me they d be here the next day. Other companies wouldn t make it for at least two days. Their customer service is excellent as was the installation. Would definitely recommend them.

I admit I was very impressed by the quick call I received right after the request I made. A different person than who I spoke with showed up. The whole job took less than 15 min. I felt I overpaid. I asked for a discount as a first time customer and I didn't get it. They didn't even answer the request. The paper receipt was sloppy. It did not list the master plumber license number. I asked for it and the gentleman wrote it down. They charged Me 4% for paying with a card. Too soon to give high marks on quality, but the service is below what I'm used to from the companies I have hired.

Carmine demonstrated excellent customer service and appears to have done a good job servicing my tankless heater. The guys he sent over had trouble getting it back up and running after servicing, but Carmine immediately came to my house to fix the issue, even though it was late in the day.

My wife found my water heater stopped working and was leaking yesterday evening, around 5 pm. I came home at 6pm and started to make phone calls including PSEG worry free. PSEG came to my house at 11:00 pm, wow they are working 24 hours, but sentenced my water heater dead and it needed to be replaced. PSEG worry free doesn't cover replacement. I made another call to PSEG worry free replacement department, man, they are working 24 hours too and received an estimate for water heater replacement with standard installation but its designated plumber would give me the exact estimate since they didn't know my house situation... I woke up Saturday morning and searched pros at Home Advisor and Garden State Water Heaters poped up at the top. I requested a fee estimate button and my phone was ringing simultaneously. Time was about 7am. It was from Garden State Water Heaters. He said he could come today around lunch time and replace the water heater. Wow, I thought that I had to wait until next Monday at the earliest. And the estimate price was much more reasonable than PSEG one. They came to my house and found that the vent to the chimney flue is out of compliance, which should be changed to 4 inch flue. I challenged him but man, he wasn't be budged and saying that he is Master Plumber and has to do every work in compliance. Instead, he gave me a good price, so I could afford. I said "Then, YES, please do." They completed the job quickly and nicely and my wife and I are pleased to have hot water back! No wonder that Graden State Water Heaters earns the best review!!!

Courteous team. The team got right to work upon arrival. The installation was very clean and tidy. They explained what they would be doing before they began and, upon completion, showed me and explained to me what they had done.

He and Michael were very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with my concerns and questions. They quickly resolved a stressful situation. I was quoted a much lower cost of job without them seeing job ,only through photos I had to text them , Then Unit different size even though they thought and told me same size,per manufacture, only to tell me after that one no longer made, I figured but he knew the size was a big issue per my photos, cost higher due to much more plumping work needed* I understand, but funds for mom 87 year old tight.Then had to buy a new washer because the one there would not fit with the new wider water heater, $ 1600 for water heater job over $600 for new washer ,$77 for Me to run to twsp for Permit which I did not know I had to do.I do not live with mom and running back and for for 2 days he did not come, due to traffic issue,and then flooded basement job, then later then he said when he did come. which would have been ok , but I was pressed for time having to travel the next morning and had not packed for trip to visit ill family member in California. The work he did was very good, , had I not been there not sure how mom cleaned up the water mess left behind and metal pieces in garage , that may have then damaged tires on her car causing me to then have new tires. IF you hire them have them come get a written quote, . I wish I had more time to get quotes from others, and had I had time I may have hired someone else. The maker of this water heater has local plumbers on there list. Also I asked for Names only from Home adviser yet I was contacted buy all of them. Must be a ploy for Home to get $ from them as well. So am I happy with Home adviser NO, I am happy with the work completed yes, was this all too much stress for my mom Yes and for me as well. *** Home adviser if we click names only it means just that....Carmine was fast and kept me in the loop of delays , I just wish things had been smoother. But Thank him for getting job done.
