Completely satisfied. Carmine was at my house within an hour of my phone call and completed the job quickly. My hot water heater went down at 9am and I had hot water by 3. That's impressive. Carmine even showed me how to drain to extend the life. Would definitely recommend.

They responded very quickly and were on site the same day. They replaced 2 clogged/faulty sump pumps. They were responsive and communicated the problem and fix well. Price was kinda high but this was an emergency call on the weekend so that's just kinda expected.

These guys were super courteous, professional and competitively priced. Not only did they do a great job in replacing the water heater but they patiently answered a ton of questions from my home warranty co. So in that sense they went above and beyond what we hired them to do!

The installer was very nice, knew his job well and the installation was finished under 2 hours. I received the finished permit application in about 7 days. Due to the Coronavirus situation the inspection hasn't occurred yet but the water heater works fine.

Carmine and John turned around my emergency in 20 hours from a call at 4pm on a Sunday with a leaking tank to a hot shower at noon on Monday, prompt and best price, very satisfied & highly recommend.

Excellent communication between myself and carmine. Carmine's two guy showed up as expected and handled the job like professionals. My water heater was in a tight spot and a previous contractor stated they couldn't get in there. I put the job up on Home Advisor and immediately got a call from Carmine. I sent him pictures so he can see what he was working with and was told what had to be changed to bring the new water heater up to code. Very satisfied with the work. I will have it inspected by my town as soon as possible. Carmine called me after the job was complete and asked me if I was satisfied. His workers were John and sorry didn't catch the second guys name.

Fast service, reasonable price and satisfying customer service

Spoke with carmine first to set up the appointment. He went out of his way to arrange to replace my water heater the same day, Anthony and John arrived. They were very polite and very helpful in explaining all the problems with my situation. I have an extremely difficult basement to work in and they were so good about the conditions. My basement is very damp and almost all ledge rock except for where the furnace, water heater and pressure tank are. They were a pleasure to know. John had a great sense of humor. I was happy with their work and would recommend this company anytime.

I have rentals so I know pricing .my plumber retired and I ve had good luck with home advisor. Garden state called gave me a price of $900. Around the usual price,so I accepted it.The heater was leaking so I had to shut it off and drain it.I removed the water heater and brought it outside. I also changed the shutoff to a new one while I had the water off. GSWH were to be there at ten am the next day so I took off to meet them .At 9:45 they called and said they had an emergency and couldn t be there till 3pm.As soon as I got to the house the plumber already let himself in and said it s going to be $1150.00.i asked why ? The tank is already drained and remover and outside (part of the price) he said he doesn t solder and the new valve was a solder type. First plumber I ever met that don t solder! He said take it or leave it! Being I had a family without water for a day already I was kinda caught so I let him do it. Ok water heaters are$500 my cost so he was getting $400 labor . He increased his labor by 60% for an hour job,So I asked him what exactly is included in the installation ... I would imagine actually making the connections.! The invoice said $900.00 on it and he didn t want to write the full amount on it .Also he still has not filed for the permit to date! Which was part of the price and the reason why you hire a licensed plumber ! I would not recommend or use them again !,

They came in the house and tracked up the Floor and took it upon them self s take Towel from laundry area with out asking ruined it. The owner of the Business just gave excuses .

The technicians that replaced our water heater were very professional and polite. they work efficiently and came on time and finish the replacement in a short time and left the work space in reasonable neatness. I would recommend them and give them a 5 star..
