I owe Carmine this review from back in February 2020. Needed new water heater and Carmine was honest, straightforward and didn't try to sell me a higher model unlike my towns local plumber. My wife said The installer Chris and his partner (sorry can't remember name) were the nicest guys. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work and professionalism of the employees. Hire!!

The men who did the work were very professional and respectful as my wife, who works from home, was the coordinator. Their work was neat and all remnants of the old heater were removed. This was not an emergency replacement for us. I am in code enforcement for 25+ years and I have seen thousands of installations in my daily work and this replacement ranked up with the very best I have seen. They were not the cheapest, but we all know you get what you pay for. VERY happy with the work and done within 2 days.

At 8am on a Sunday, I needed a new water heater so I filled out something on Angie's List and within minutes I had a response from Carmine. We talked to a few companies including the big boys like the Home Depot & Lowe's and as it turned out, Carmine was by far the most knowledgeable and gave a great price. He even told us about the $300 rebates that are offered by the state that his competitors failed to mention.

This is actually the second time I used GSWH. The first time was for a water heater replacement. The second time, was for a water pressure issue. Both experiences were very good ones. The team that showed up were on time and very respectful and 100% professional. Highly recommend this company.
