Richard reached out when I put an inquiry for a contractor to pressure wash. He sent video of work he had done. That made me comfortable to go with him. He was on time and was honest about the time frame it would take to complete the job. He removed all the furniture and put them back. I was happy that he handled the whole job from the beginning to the end. My front door way looks brand new. I highly recommend.

Richard did the patio/porch and the screens and windows attached. He was very professional , hardworking and thorough. The floor looked brand new and the patio has an overall improved look ….fresh and ready for visitors. We plan to have Richard come again.
