We were very happy with Richard’s work. He called to confirm, he showed up on time, he was friendly and polite and honest. He did the work quickly and efficiently. His rates were reasonable, and we have hired him to do some other jobs around the house. Would definitely recommend him.

He did a great job. His work was very neat and clean. On top of that he was a really nice guy.

Richard was great. Very professional and knowledgeable, but most of all, refreshingly honest. He advised me of a simple fix to my home issue and didn’t charge me a cent. Even refused the gas money I offered. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again the next time the need arises.

Rich was fantastic. He removed the cabinets doors and drawers, sanded all surfaces, primed and put on several coats of paint, then reattached the doors with new hardware. The kitchen went from being dark brown and drab to bright, shiny, cheerful off-white. The whole project took less than a week. There was no dust, because Rich had the right equipment to minimize mess. I’m totally satisfied and pleased with the wonderful job he did. As a bonus, for a very reasonable extra fee, he replaced a leaking faucet. The price for the cabinets was very reasonable and affordable. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m going to try to attach before and after pictures.

Richard did an outstanding job painting my elderly's Mom's concrete walls with drylok. I would recommend Richard for your home improvement needs. He is a true professional.

Richard did excellent work, and we highly recommend him. He refinished our cabinets and painted the kitchen, family room and back hallway. Everything looks terrific. Richard finished the work exactly as promised. We will definitely work with him on future projects.

I was skeptical about hiring Richard after reading a few bad reviews here, but I usually try to focus on the positives but it backfired me this time. 9/6/2023: Richard showed up for an initial analysis of work involved(Cabinet Re-painting), he seemed like a professional and gave us an appointment of 09/18. 09/16: Texts us stating that his previous project has dragged on and can't make it for the 18th, but pushed it to 22nd. We were okay with it although my wife didn't unpack the kitchen items in our new home so that the cabinets can be re-done 09/21: Called him and texted him about the appointment today, but no response 09/22: Texts in the morning that he has a family emergency and to look for someone else. So we waited for 15 days for nothing. All the excitement of moving into our new home and re-doing cabinets died out. The very fact that making us wait for 15 days and not turning up was a dis-appointing experience.

Richard was very professional and did an excellent job painting the cabinets.

I needed to have my front railings painted. They were extremely rusted and needed to be painted. Richard did a wonderful job and improved the appearance of my home 100%. I have already spoken to him regarding other projects that need to be done in my home. Very professional and does awesome work. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and coworkers.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Richard did not show up for his appointment with me, did not contact me to explain his absence or to reschedule, and ignored my attempts to contact him to find out what was happening.

Richard came to my home and was very knowledgeable with my concerns. Work was performed as stipulated and perfectly completed. The kitchen cabinets look like new. I would recommend Premier Built to all my friends and family

Richard is an absolute dream. He installed lights in our bedrooms in what felt like no time at all. He was also able to answer questions about other projects around the house. I would recommend Premier Built to any of my friends in a heartbeat!

Rich is incredibly thorough and professional. Neat, made sure everything was taped up and protected. Cabinets look factory finished. Rich went over everything with a fine tooth comb making sure all blemishes were corrected. Completely transformed our kitchen and brought it to date at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. Outside of the work, he’s also a really nice guy. Highly recommend.

My experience with Premier Built is 50/50, the work they were hired to do was mostly completed and what was done looks great. However there were a few large issues that were not addressed properly or professionally that I would never hire them again, and I would caution anyone else to as well. 1. They took way longer than expected. The original job was supposed to be 4-5 days maximum which fit my schedule as it needed to be completed in order for me to move into my home. This job took over a week to complete and caused me to push my moving date, almost costing me my moving company and required me to pay a change fee. 2. They were extremely messy. Plaster work is inherently messy and dusty, however the team did nothing to cover my floors or clean up after they were done. Despite me raising this to them multiple times throughout the work getting done. What resulted was a dusty mess in my home that needed additional cleaning to get out 3. When the ceilings were painted, edging was not properly done and there is paint all over my walls with the exception of the 2 rooms I called out that were freshly painted. This type of care should have been taken all over my home. 4. When we did the final walkthrough of the work, there was a patch that was not complete that the owner, Rich, said he would plaster and come back to paint. This was over 2 months ago, I have now reached out 5 times after we agreed the date and time he would come back to finish without a response, and he no showed on finishing the job. I have also reached out via social media without a response, my message was deleted. This is extremely unprofessional. 5. When we initially spoke, they stated that the price included labor and materials. When the job was complete, they attempted to charge me an additional $2k for materials despite already discussing that estimate given for this job included materials. This was a huge surprise given budgets were already set out and estimates were agreed upon in writing that the price included material cost before this. Again, this seemed like an opportunity for a money grab after the job was done. All in all, based on this experience and the unprofessionalism shown by this contractor, I would never hire them again and I would caution others looking to hire them. While the job they were hired for was mostly completed, my home was left a mess, the patch that the owner said he would come back to fix still remains undone without any response, they tried to charge me 50% more after the fact after we agreed upon a cost for the job, and the job was completed late incurring additional costs on my end.

Richard did an excellent job refinishing very worn cabinet doors. They look brand new. Richard was courteous, punctual and highly competent. Would absolutely hire again.

Richard reached out when I put an inquiry for a contractor to pressure wash. He sent video of work he had done. That made me comfortable to go with him. He was on time and was honest about the time frame it would take to complete the job. He removed all the furniture and put them back. I was happy that he handled the whole job from the beginning to the end. My front door way looks brand new. I highly recommend.

Richard did the patio/porch and the screens and windows attached. He was very professional , hardworking and thorough. The floor looked brand new and the patio has an overall improved look ….fresh and ready for visitors. We plan to have Richard come again.
