Andrew came out to do the work. He was on time, professional and friendly. He helped me pick out the receptacles a few days in advance to save time and money. He was efficient and left the work area clean.

Both my husband and I were so impressed with Andrew (the owner) and his helper Joe. Andrew was polite, knowledgable, quick, and cleaned up when finished. His estimate over the phone was accurate and we feel his price was very reasonable. He will becoming back to replace our breaker box later this Summer.

Fantastic! A week before the appointment, Andrew called me to discuss what I needed done. I explained everything and he said that all of the work could probably be done within the time period covered by the offer. We scheduled an appointment and Andrew appeared as scheduled. He and his assistant went right to work on each of the matters and I could not be more delighted with the work that they did. Andrew determined that two of my lighting fixtures could not be repaired due to the nature of their construction, but he made that determination only after taking each fixture apart, analyzing the problems, and spending significant time trying to repair each of them. Not only did Andrew do everything he said he would do, he also supplied a new outlet to replace a defective one and installed a ceiling cap to cover the space left as a result of the temporary removal of an exterior fixture. Andrew of Paps Electric LLC was professional, courteous, and efficient and he delivered on everything he said he would. I have taken the broken fixtures to a repair shop and when they are finished, I will be calling Andrew back to reinstall them. Paps Electric will be my first choice for any future electrical needs. I highly recommend Paps Electric LLC to everyone. My first Angie's List experience and it could not have been better. Thank you again Andrew!

It was fair. They did a good job and I had some reservations on it. When they went in to put some posts in front of the house for me. An outer electrical box is completely burnt. It was made for the landscape lighting, it blew, and before that we had no problem. My feeling is, when they went to dig for the post, they hit a wire, and it shorted out the box. They told me that they don't know why it happened, and it must have been here for a while. They did put in a whole new box, and I had to pay for it. Now the landscape lighting doesn't work. I probably wouldn't have them back for that reason. I don't have a comfortable feeling. They made a mistake and didn't own up to it. That's my opinion, the lighting was working before that. They solved it, and there were two of them. Without the incident it's a C. With the incident, I'm going to have to say it's a D. I think they are heavy on the price because, they had to change all of that. They did make it better, the box is better the thing is, they didn't rewire. They just wired the post, and they didn't correct the whole issue. I have to rewire. They did try to find where these wires were because, they had taken the wire completely out for the landscaping and only put in the one for the post. The post is on but, that is the only thing. The rest of the landscaping is not in front of the house. I won't use them again. I think I had to supply all of the parts, and pay for all of the parts separately. I had to supply all of the lamps in advance separately. When I think about it adds up. Putting in a post it was a good amount of money. It was $250 for some parts and labor. They had to come back and put it back in because, of what the issue was. To this day I'm still not satisfied. When they put it in, they didn't caulk around the lamp on the wall. The top of the post that I take off to replace the light, they never screwed that in. Pricing was high for what they did. The quality of the work was not good.

Andrew was gracious, patient and hardworking. The outlets turned out to be a horror show in locating the problem, but Andrew stuck with the project until the problem was located.

Andrew was great to work with. Very professional and easy to communicate with. His crew was excellent as well. Would use these guys again for any future work.

Very unprofessional and rude. He made repairs but a few weeks later when one of the things he "fixed" stopped working, he refused to come back out to look at it. I even offered to pay for any additional repairs needed. Horrible man.

It went very well. They came when scheduled. Price was discussed over the phone and job was performed well. I will call them in the future once I get the new transmitter to install the fan again.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE: They called to make full arrangements, they showed up on time and did exactly what was requested. Not only was the work high quality they were totally professional in their manner and appearance. They were done on time and removed all work debris. EXCEEDED my expectations - I would highly recommend for electrical work.

We now having a new working security light outside and it took Andrew less than an hour to complete the job. Andrew called us promptly to make the initial appointment, came on time, assessed the situation and took care of everything for us. We really are so pleased with the work he did and told him we will definitely call him again for electrical work. An added advantage is that he is two towns over, so he is also close which is great.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Paps Electric. Andrew (owner) is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He solved some nagging wiring issues I've had for years at an extremely good price (it was an Angie's Deal). I have already scheduled another service call with him. It has been years since I've had a good electrician at my ready. Looks as though I finally found one :)

Andrew was pretty straightforward with scheduling and pricing. They arrived on time and tried to leave the place clean after the job.

It didn’t went well. The problem he fixed broke the day after he left, I had to hire another contractor to fix it. He just didn’t seem to want to do any work for the special offer that was made. He was reluctant to do the work, did the work halfway and the problem reoccurred the very next day. And he said, I was there, I fixed it, it was working when I left, too bad. That was his attitude. He tried to get more money out of us. I hired another electrician and he fixed it.

The work went great. They were efficient and quick. Very knowledgeable and profession. Did the work right and went above and beyond to ensure it was neat and clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done. I plan to use them again for future electrical needs.
