This is the second house I have used Paps electric and he continued to exceed my expectations. He is flexible, responsive, and gets the job done every time. On this job he ran a sub-panel to an upstairs apartment, wired up a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and ran new hookups for the washer and dryer. Inspections were a breeze with Andy running the show keeping this project on track. The next apartment renovation will be kicking off in a few months and Paps Electric (and his professional team) will be my first call.

All the issues were fixed, even one that had escaped the inspectors attention. The work was of a high quality, the electrician was very professional.

Andrew did a fantastic job troubleshooting and fixing my tripped circuit and outlets. He worked quickly and efficiently with an upbeat positive attitude the entire job. He also ensured the area he worked in was clean and put back in order before finishing up. I would definitely hire him again when looking for any electric services.

Andrew and his team are great. My go-to for electrical help in Ridgewood. They've installed z-wave switches throughout my home and really know what they're doing. Great guys, very professional and helpful.

Andrew was very professional and thorough. He identified a faulty GFCI outlet in my laundry room, swapped it out, and even replaced the electrical box with a larger one because the existing one was too small for the amount of wiring. Will definitely work with Andrew again!

Andrew and his team were amazing. My office buildout ended up being ahead of schedule by the landlord, and I had to get an electrician very quickly for my electrical and data work. Andrew came to my office the same day, gave me the best quote and was able to supply his insurance the same day. The next morning they pulled the permit and started working immediately. They wired my entire office approx 2,100 SF to meet my deadline in two days. It was unbelievable and the quality of work was top notch. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew. I will definitely continue using their company for all my electrical and data needs.

We hired Andy to help with an electrical nightmare in our 200 year old house. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process, not only fixing the issues we had, but teaching us along the way. I called Paps Electric on Monday and Andrew and another gentleman came out the following day. They tested and secured all outlets in my upstairs apartment. Then they checked kitchen wiring and found improper wiring. They installed new GFCI receptacle as per code. They were thorough and professional, and answered all my questions. This is my second time using them and would recommend their services.

Work was performed in a timely manner and permit handled by Paps.

Andrew came, worked around my crazy busy schedule, and took his time going through each detail of our electric needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and did not try to push us to do any work we did not need done.

They responded though had to be reminded to send estimate. They did not want to do work when we asked for it in 2 phases. They said they were too busy and since our job was now small (four fixtures) it wasn't in their availability. They said they'd call back if they had an opening --never heard from them again! I guess 'no job too small' is not their motto.

I bought an electrical service from them through Angies list. They never returned my numerous e-mails and phone calls to schedule the work. They gave me the run around for two weeks and wasted my time. I had to cancel the order and get a refund. Horrible customer service and professionalism. Why advertise on Angies list if you dont have time to follow through and do the work? Avoid them at all costs.

Andrew was on time, professional, and gave us a decent price considering all the time he spent with us going over everything.

The communication was great. They came and within one hour rerouted an electrical wire, fixed a fuse that kept shorting due to a light fixture, and advised on a smoke detector issue. I would definitely hire them again.
