Basements Love US came out in a terrible rain storm to address a water leak in my concrete basement. They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high. They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio. They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air. It was perfect-did the job specified in a timely manner. His attitude was great, very positive. There were so many homes nearby that suffered a similar fate that i felt so sorry for, but I had my own problems to deal with. They were more than accommodating.

It went very well. They responded in a timely fashion, were very professional and saved my Japanese maple from being ruined due to the flooding. My house smells much better and they made sure the mold was gone. Their pricing was fair and they completed the job in 2 days as planned. I would use them again but hopefully will not have any more water issues as they solved the my biggest problem effectively.

The team of guys did an excellent job with difficult conditions in a Townhouse community. They carried all the equipment and cement uphill in buckets to complete the job. Hats off to Basements love us. I will recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing or foundation repair

The work was completed, according to schedule, in three days. The workers kept things esxtraordinarilly clean, hangind plastic sheets to contain concrete dust and oter debre in the air. They arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. It should be noted that the work occcured during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Once completed, I was given a tour of the work and asked if I had any questions. The contract was reviewed to insure that all contracted work was completed to my satisfaction. Finally; any areas where the workers walked, worked or had any access to were thouroughly cleaned. I was very pleased with the work performed and will definately use Basements Love Us for future work if needed.

It went great! Dan came out and gave us a free estimate that involved a thorough look at our basement and explanation of the cause and methods to address the mold. The price was fair and reasonable. When he did the work, he came on time and worked non-stop for hours. At the end, he and his assistant cleaned the area and the living room where they walked. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them!

I called and within 24 hours we had an appointment for the estimate. After that, they came quickly to do the job. They were professional, prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

The company did a great job! The work was performed timely with extreme attention to detail and was completed by the date promised. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the salesperson as well as Shawn and his crew. They showed up on time and always cleaned up debris at the end of the day. Basements Love Us built us a beautiful 22'x24' attached brick garage addition exactly the way we wanted for a fraction of competitors' prices! I hired Basements Love Us for 3 different projects. I recommend them to anyone who has water problems. The 1st time was after storm Sandy flooding, to waterproof my basement. They did a great job, the crew was awesome to work with, was a really dirty job. They covered everything before beginning the work and cleaned up so well when the work was completed. I haven't had any water in my basement since. I hired them the 2nd time, to update my sump pump and replace my battery backup system. I called them the 3rd time, last fall to waterproof my basement steps. They dug the dirt out and coated the outside of the concrete steps. They really stand by their work, I was impressed with the work the guys performed. Unfortunately the earth settled over the winter, due to heavy snow and rain. I called them to let them know the situation. Within a week they were here to re-build the soil and reinforce their work around the steps.

They did a very fast and neat job, and didn't make any mess, even while shoveling out dirt from my crawl space. ?I can already notice a difference in the humidity of my basement after they installed the vapor barrier. ?I would absolutely recommend them to anyone requiring crawl space / basement foundation repair.

Basements Love Us, Inc. took my concern and within 3 to 4 hours a team of workers were here repairing the problem and had it completed that same afternoon. My husband and I were totally pleased. Both when Basements Love Us initially Waterproofed our basement and Now with this follow up repair Basements Love Us have done an exceptional job. The men have all been very courteous, skilled and timely in their work. I would recommend their service to anyone in the future.

The guys were great, they showed when they were supposed to, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves, when they ran into complications they worked into the night to make sure the work was finished before a snow storm.

The three person crew sent by Basements Love Us were on-time, professional, and very friendly to work with. They were knowledgeable about the repair and what steps needed to be completed. They worked a very long day the first day to complete the concrete removal, excavate down to the bottom of the foundation and completed the crack repair and waterproofing; so we were not left with a huge hole out front. They returned the second day to lay the new concrete and complete the job. They also went above and beyond by repairing a PVC pipe that broke during the concrete removal. They drove to home depot and got the parts they needed to make it like new.
