Description of Work: Provided and installed caesarstone countertop. They were very pleasant and professional- the first installation of 2 pieces that needed to be seamed together was not good because one piece had not been cut perfectly according to the template they had made. So my only complaint is I feel I had to make a few phone calls and inquiries into the status and timing of the next attempt, and urge the process along. But finally the two pieces were brought back and installed, and the guys did a perfect job and finished countertop looks beautiful!

Description of Work: Angie list should not advertise this company if the customers live in out of NJ state line. This company wanted us to pay for the cabinets and pickup and install it ourselves. This listing should state only installation of the home owners live in NJ. Horrible. We took the day off from work and commutted to NJ with a schedule appointment. It would have saved us time if the sales associate was honest and advise they do not provide installation outside of NJ. Instead they had us waste our time.

Description of Work: Adam Aeiland from Cabinets Direct took my kitchen layout and went through what felt like a thousand little details. His input was insightful and quite helpful . He worked tirelessly through so many of our ideas as well as offering us changes and ideas of his own. We had no idea just how hard it could be to remodel our kitchen. It was supposed to be a simple remodel with no changes to our basic footprint. Boy were we wrong and so lucky to have had Adam as our designer. We now have more countertop, more seating with more room to walk around yet we made NO changes to any walls. I still can't figure that one out. We used our own contractor for the install he was very impressed with just how well planned our kitchen was. Every little detail was addressed and thought out the kitchen went right in and fit like a glove. We ordered the "Decora" line of cabinets and I can say without a doubt the quality of the cabinets are top shelf. Fit and finish is really nice. A couple of minor issues that are inherent within the "Decora" line and not with Cabinets Direct Somehow Adam got them corrected and corrected quickly ! Quartz countertops "Cambria Brand" were also bought through Cabinets Direct "Cambria" makes some really nice stuff and it sure looks just like granite yet needs no maintenance. No resealing every year no worry of stains that won't come out ! It's just a super nice product and worth the extra bucks. I highly recommend it especially the Cambria line. As with any major project you should expect problems and we had our fair share of issues. None of them were major. ALL of them were resolved and resolved to my satisfaction (100%) We now have our "WOW" kitchen and based on the other bids that I got I estimate saving around $15,000 on a $100,000 dollar project. I would not hesitate to use Cabinets Direct and I would especially recommend that you make an appointment to work with Adam Aeiland. It was certainly worth it !

Description of Work: Rick Kook at the Wayne, NJ location designed the kitchen and assisted us with the selection and format of the cabinets. He was very professional and addressed all of our questions and to our complete satisfaction. The cabinets were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and with care. The cabinets were installed by our contractor with no problems at all. The construction of the Fabuwood Elite Merlot series exceeded our expectations and we are pleased with the overall quality.
