Description of Work: The technician came on time. He came to fix my refrigerator from leaking. He identified that it was not the refrigerator but that it was the little water line going into the refrigerator. He said he needed to turn the water off to the entire house but only turned off the water to the hot water heater. When I told him that he had not shut off the water to the whole house, he kept disagreeing with me. He also tried to turn the water off to the refrigerator and almost broke the lever. I had to tell him several times that I did not want his help any more. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. I ended up calling a plumber.

Description of Work: Dishwasher leak. He gave me a quote, but also told me I may want to look for another one, honest guy.

Only slight drawback was that I thought the turnaround time waiting for the parts to come in and completing the work took a little long.

Description of Work: Grinding noise in top loading clothes washer during wash cycle. Determined to be something caught in the drain "system"( maybe a button or similar) that eventually worked itself out. |Not sure of the exact service date or cost. Very rough estimates.

Description of Work: Owner came out and looked at my leaking washing machine which is over 20 years old. Gave me price for replacement parts and labor. Scheduled return visit for 4 days later. On return visit arrived promptly at scheduled time - as he proceeded with the repair discovered that agitator had welded itself onto the machine and could not be removed without breaking it. He advised me that it was in my best interest to buy a new machine as the cost for repairs was becoming too high. Did not charge me for the second visit.

Description of Work: They came out to see and diagnosis the problem but never called me back to fix it. I'm disappointed that it seems so hard to have a dishwasher fixed and it's still broken.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was not working properly. I call D A S and SAM called back right away. He diagnosed the problem over the phone. He came the next day and verified his diagnosis. At this point he gave me an estimate of the cost to due the work and I accepted. Sam ordered the parts and said he would return the next day to due the work. He also told me what I could due on my own and it would lower his labor cost. He returned the next day as promised and repaired my refrigerator. During the repairs he notice that one part he ordered did not need to be change, so he did not put it in. This lower my bill further even though I had already accepted the price. The final price was about 1/3 less than the estimate. Sam is an honest and professional tradesman. If my experience with Sam stays the same he will be the only large appliance repairman I will use.

Description of Work: My fridge stopped making cold. I called DAS Monday morning, and Stan came 2pm and changed the burned out relay switch. The fridge works after that.
