They made an estimate and stuck with it. They said they'd be done in 2 days and they were. They were flexible about working around my vacation schedule. And they made sure to protect my property (driveway). MUCH better than my other septic repair by a company that shall remain nameless.

The customer service and guidance are the best. It's not often that contractors have the customer interface that A-Norton offers. Being faced with having to repair a septic system that costs thousands of dollars is not something to look forward to, however, Valerie made less stressful with her knowledge and support.

A-Norton Septic Contracting did an outstanding job in replacing my 40 year old septic system. Jason, Valerie and crew were the absolute best. From the delivery of the fully detailed proposal to the final shovel of dirt, A-Norton proved themselves to be the best septic company in our area. I wish there were more than five stars to give them!

The work has not been performed yet, but their service up till now has been excellent. They are professional, prompt, courteous. They explained things and gave a complete and detailed estimate. Their inspection was thorough and they are extremely knowledgeable.
