The workers completed the job within the stated week and explained what they were doing on a ongoing basis while onsite. Having seen other septic system replacements done by other companies in my area and the problems that occurred and the time the work took to be completed I am extremely satisfied with the results.

This past Easter Sunday, our septic system decided it had had enough. While we were washing dishes, we heard our septic alarm go off. We had to act quick. We called the septic company we had been using for 20 years, and received no call back after multiple calls. After doing a little homework, we reached out to A-Norton. Our call was answered by Valerie. Once we explained our situation , she gave us an estimate at a very fair price, that we approved immediately. Once we did, she put the wheels in motion. The whole process was painless and executed in a timely and professional way every step. All permits & inspections were handled by Valerie. They were respectful of our property and irrigation system. Our field is in the front lawn of our home. Today, only weeks after the job was finished , you would never know there was a problem. The landscaping looks virtually untouched. Valerie shepherded us through it all. I must say she was the difference-maker. There are many companies that are out there, but there is only one Valerie. A-Norton Septic is a reliable company. They helped us with getting our plans with an engineer. We haven’t had our septic done yet but plans are in the works. They have been great to communicate with through the whole process so far.
