Description of Work: Four large garage doors on two very old imperfect buildings. Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable. He worked hard at making the doors not only functional but perfect. Chris is a craftsman and cares about his work. While on site he helped me with two emergency repairs...a flat tire on our lawn tractor and a fallen electric line due to high winds. He saw what needed to be done and just jumped in to help out.

Description of Work: My porch roof had been resurfaced by one of Chris's workers but after drying it appeared with cracks on a lot of it, kind of like a crackling effect. I called Chris about it and he came and looked at it. He called me two days latter and said he would be back to resurface it, Chris did come back about 1 week latter and resurfaced it for free. It has been one and half weeks and after drying it looks good, Thank you Chris!

Description of Work: I called Chris right after hurricane Sandy and he immediately responded. His pricing was very reasonable an he did the job just as he said he would. I've was much more thorough than any other roofer. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Replacement of gutter guards. Rescheduled twice before us calling to make sure he was coming the third time - used our ladder to avoid having to go pick his up. Left pile of debris - albeit neatly. Would use again, with details & expectations spelled out.

Description of Work: Between my dearest friend and myself we loved Kennedy. He came and did the work expected, and did not over charge or try to cheat us. I have been cheated before I went to Angies list, the situation was terrible. Thank you Angies list and Kennedy perfection! He fixed a deck' boards that were a mess and worped. A large glass door that leaked all into the walls! Siding fixed that was ruined by the hurrican.
