Bill arrived exactly on time and explained how the charge was based on the number of cylinders in each lock. The back door was difficult to open and had to be pried open because the sill had swollen and he was able to do open it finally. The job was completed promptly and the charge was exactly as quoted. He was very courteous and professional.

I had used this company for my dad's home several days before and was very pleased and so decided to use them for my home.. Once again Bill arrived promptly as scheduled and explained about the cyclinders and price. My deadbolt on one door was very old and not compatible to be rekeyed with the other door. He gave me the option of having 2 different keys or replacing the deadbolt with a cheaper modelor or better Schlage model which would allow for the same keys for both doors. I chose the second option and was very pleased with his courteous and efficient work.

I recently purchased a house and had problems with locks on exterior doors from the first day. The thumb latch on the front door lock was damaged so that most of the time I could not open it from the outside and had to enter from the back door. It was also very difficult to latch the deadbolts on both the front and back doors. I called Haddon Locksmith and they were able to send someone out that same day. Bill repaired the broken thumb latch, re-aligned the strike plates on both front and back entry doors and storm doors, re-keyed the five exterior locks (2 storm door locks and 3 entry door locks) so that 2 keys work for all five locks, and made me four sets of keys. He was very professional and I was pleased with the work and feel the price was reasonable.

I called to set up an appointment at our home to rekey our locks. We scheduled the visit for the next day. Vicki came out to perform the service; she was punctual, friendly, and to-the-point. I showed her the locks that we needed rekeyed. Vicki inspected the locks, told me which ones were good and bad quality, told me her plan on what she was going to do, and gave me advice for different locks to use in the future when we're ready. She made many additional keys but only charged me for a couple. She also answered some questions that I had about security systems and provided a reference to another trusted company. We'll use them again.

They're prices were way out of line. Some of the comments he made were inappropriate. They performed adequately when at work.
