I call them lunch time and they were out here right away. They were excellent and wonderful. They prompt, responded very quick and professional. Very please and happy with the service.

Everything went well. The serviceman did a great job. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. It took quite a bit of time to do all of the work, and I considered the price to be reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Very helpful, available locally, and friendly. Advised and cautioned on items he saw that might need to be addressed (corroded battery terminals might indicate a battery issue to be addressed before winter comes and it leaves me stranded). While I waited, other customers came in and were expertly advised in order to save them money for their task at hand.

The locksmith was patient, courteous, and well versed in his craft. He installed the lock and took time to explain how it operated.

He arrived as scheduled. The locks were old but he was able to rekey them. Very happy with the results and the agent.

They were able to send a locksmith out the same day I called. He arrived earlier than expected and completed the job within half an hour. The locksmith was courteous and friendly, and he explained exactly what needed to be done.

I called the locksmith in the morning and they came to my home exactly when promised. The technician couldn't have been any nicer and had the problem diagnosed in a matter of minutes. Without insisting that I buy parts I didn't need, he quickly fixed the lock for a minimal charge...and made suggestions on how to prevent other problems. I was very, very pleased with the whole experience.

It was excellent. Being a senior citizen, I have heard tales of locksmiths gouging the prices and taking advantage of the elderly. This did not occur with Haddon Locksmith. The locksmith that came out did not try to up sell me. He was very personable and fixed it at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I didn't catch the guy's name, but he was very nice. He was there right when they said he'd be there (luckily, since I was locked out of the house on the coldest day in 10 months). He had everything he needed in the truck. I'm very grateful that they were so prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Also, the Angie's List app is great! I could search for a local provider, check the reviews, and call the provider quickly and easily.

Upon purchasing our new home, we discovered existing keys did not work well for front door, and 3 other exterior doors all had different keys. Called Haddon Locksmith and they came same day. Re-keyed all locks and made extra keys upon request. Speedy service and keys work well.

The person I contacted at Haddon Locksmith was very nice & gave me an appointment exactly when I needed it. He had me photograph my door handles so he could match the locks to the handles. The man who did the installation arrived promptly & was very courteous & did a wonderful job-the locks are nearly identical in style & color to the existing handles. I am so pleased with the work & I will certainly call them again if I need their services !

Services were easy to arrange any they were flexible to accommodate my tight service window. John arrived promptly and we discussed the job. In addition to re-keying and picking / creating a new key on existing locks, John took the time to clean and lubricate and the mechanisms he worked on, he was friendly, industrious, and professional. I needed 2 doors re-keyed in my new home.I called one day and the service was performed the next. The service was performed quickly and professionally. I was very pleased.

He was polite, timely (same day service) and reasonably priced. Fixed our broken lock and rekeyed the front door. Both were done efficiently with good customer service.

We moved into a our new home and needed 5 locks rekeyed. I contacted them early in the morning and within an hour and a half they arrived. They were extremely professional and courteous. The job was completed very quickly and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

I think the price is reasonable. At the time of my service, although the upfront trip fee is $68, rekeying for each cylinder is $16. Most other locksmith companies are nationwide companies (they usually pretend as local company). Some other company's trip fee might sometime be $30 or $50, less than Haddon Locksmith. However, other company charges $29+ for each cylinder. I figure I will end up paying more with those nationwide company. That's why I ended up choosing Haddon Locksmith. It turned out to be a great experience. Bill arrived on the same day as service was ordered. He is a nice guy and did the job professionally. He made 4 keys for my front door and door between garage and living room, and another 4 keys for my storm door.

They were able to come out the same day I called and I called in the middle of the day. Great service and very reliable. Would call again.

As described, above, I found Haddon Lock on Angies' List and called the company to rekey locks in front and inside garage doors. Bill was very cooperative and met me at the house the day after closing. He arrived at the agreed upon time, did his job very well and left. This is a company I would recommend and use again.

Haddon Locksmith came out on a Saturday morning, shortly after calling them, in the time frame promised. Front door latch was broken so door was stuck in locked position. They repaired the broken piece of the lock quickly, made another adjustment, and did not try to upsell me to replace the entire lockset. Also checked and lubricated another lock at no charge and explained how to maintain locks. I did not shop around to compare prices, but the charge seemed reasonable for a service call, and well worth it for the quality of service. Very professional service from a reliable local business.
