If you need your house, deck or roof cleaned I would recommend Terraclean. Our roof looks brand new they did an excellent job ! We will definitely use them again. After they cleaned the roof then they cleaned off the decks the house sparkled !! Thank you !!

The vinyl siding was done, but the power washing of my concrete walls were done as well. The concrete walls left large pieces, but left for me to clean up. I thought this was included in the price, but they didn't clean up the mess left in my shrubs and ground.

There was a mix-up in communication somewhere. Our estimate was for gutter cleaning on front and back of the house. When the crew came the first time, they did only the front. A few days later it rained and we could see that the back gutters had not been cleaned. I contacted the company and they sent the crew out again within two days and they cleaned the back gutters. Other than that mix-up, they did a good job.

This is a very professional and reliable service. They assessed the costs accurately, scheduled and kept the appointment reliably, cleaned my roof thoroughly but gently as I had wished. I had thought I would have to get a new roof, but Terraclean judged the roof to be in adequate condition for its age and now the roof looks great, nicely renewed.

To be clear, I cannot speak to this vendor's quality or pricing since they did not perform the work. In my opinion, the fact that they did not respond to multiple requests for information indicates poor customer service, responsiveness, and reliability.

They did a great job and everything looked fantastic after they came. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

The north facing side of our roof was really dirty due to the fact that in the summer trees continually shade that area and it gets no sun at all. We have an English cottage colonial so two of the roof areas are really pitched and its very easy to see the dirt. Terraclean gave me a very good price compared to others (note: the price indicated was just for thr front roof- the back was fine) and best of all there are no harmful chemicals used in their process. For the top roof they used a machine similar to a carpet cleaning machine, but for the very pitched roofs he had to hand scrub them from a ladder. The end result was a beautifully clean roof. I am very happy with their service.

Having my roof cleaned has made it look almost brand new.

They actually came out and explained everything and did a very nice job. They went out to the backyard to check the gutters and the small shed and basically did a very thorough job. Our gutters weren't perfect but we had them done last year in the fall and the year before so they weren't too bad and because they've been kept up this was like an added service they said they'll do for us which was just fine. We didn't need it right now, but probably next year we will. As far as the roof goes I like the idea that they use the environmental stuff. Their price was reasonable for the work they were doing because of the way they were doing it. They answered our questions and gave us the estimate and did what they were supposed to do in a very timely manner. We had no problems at all and they were very professional. We are planning on using them in the future because there's some other work we might have them do for our deck.

The quote was very high and it was over $3000. They were fine in terms of getting back to us promptly with an estimate, however it was several hundred dollars larger than any other estimate we received. They use a different method; it is just a very expensive process. They were professional.

Super easy. Fast estimate. Did the cleaning while we were away. Came home and the house looked great.

I did not use them but after they reviewed our project the estimate was fine. Their quote looked reasonable.

Got an estimate immediately. It took a few tries to coordinate the date. The work was performed as agreed. They were very thorough and professional. The results are excellent. We never had such a clean exterior before and have received many compliments on how good our house looks.

They were great. They were superb. They were easy to deal with. The price was very good. They did exactly what they said they would do extremely well. They were nice people. I would use them again in the future.

I ended up using someone else. I picked another company because they offered to put on a free coat of wax on the house after they cleaned it. The other factor was that Terraclean was more expensive than the company I chose. I sent them an email asking them if they offered wax. They never got back to me.

TERRACLEAN ARRIVED AT 8AM. IMMEDIATELY SET OUT TO PERFORM THEIR JOB. THE GARAGE ROOF WAS TREATED THEN A MACHINE WAS USED TO REMOVE THE MOLD THAT HAD ACCUMULATED. WHILE THAT WAS BEING DONE. THE OTHER WORKER TREATED THE DECK WITH A SPECIAL SPRAY. DECK WAS THEN WASHED WITH WARMER WATER AND SCRUBBED WHERE NEEDED. THE SIDING WAS TREATED WITH A SPECIAL MIXTURE, THEN HAND SCRUBBED WITH A BRUSH AND THEN RINSED. ALL GUTTERS AND AREAS AROUND DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE HAND TREATED AND SCRUBBED THEN RINSED. TO COMPLETE THE JOB, ALL THE WINDOWS WERE WASHED. I CAN FINALLY SEE THE LIGHT. OUR HOME IS 40 YEARS OLD AND HAD BEEN HOSE WASHED ONLY ONCE. AFTER TERRACLEAN FINISHED - IT LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND OBLIGING. THEY CLEANED UP AND WERE FINISHED BY 2:30. WE COULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS SORT OF WORK OURSELVES. THANK YOU TERRACLEAN FOR A REMARKABLE JOB. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.

The owner Gary met with us for the estimate. He explained their services very well, and laid everything out so there was no guesswork. I sent the quote in, they called to schedule, and showed up on time. When they were done (and even before that) , it was a night and day difference. They did a remarkable job! We would absolutely recommend their services.

My 3-story Victorian home has a severe mold problem despite the use of mildew-resistant paint. The house was painted 5 years ago and the mold had been building for the last 3 years. The house is mostly tan with cream trim that had blackened with mold. The house has 2 porches with about 40 balustrades that I tried to clean myself, only to have the mold return in 6 months. My only solution was to have the house power washed and hope the mold could be removed., but I was skeptical. I obtained 3 estimates, which ranged from $1,000-$1,500. Of the 3 quotes, the most detailed was from Terraclean Power Washing. www.terracleanpowerwashing.com. The owner, Gary Kayal, spoke with me at length about the process and environmentally safe cleaning solutions. He provided 3 references: I checked and all gave good feedback. The company website shows houses before and after cleaning. I was still a little skeptical since the website photos looked to good to be true. Although Terraclean's estimate was not the lowest, after due diligence, I was most comfortable proceeding with the company. The crew of 2 men arrived at 8:30 am with a truck full of hoses, solutions, and pumps. They backed it up close to the house and began washing. Power washing is not a good description as the water pressure is moderate and the crew actually hand washes the house with brushes (on poles and ladders for high areas). The work included gutter cleaning as well. After 10 solid hours of work, the job was complete. Now, the house looks like the day it was painted. Every spot of mold is gone. I searched every nook and cranny anb balustrade, and all surfaces are spotless. I could not be happier with the result. Gary estimates the work should last at least 2 years. When the mold returns, I will be sure to call Gary to come clean the house again.
