Terraclean Power Washing LLC

After reviewing TerraClean's comprehensive website (including business philosophy, videos, and testimonials), I submitted an online estimate request during a weekday evening. I was contacted by a representative early the next morning, and an estimator was able to come to our home later that morning. Very quick turn around! After the presentation, we were sold on the company's professionalism and service. In comparison to the alternative option of soft washing our roof, we were extremely happy with the fact that TerraClean's steam cleaning methods were environmentally safe and also that the results were instantaneous. We were briefly hesitant about the higher cost for steam cleaning vs. soft washing but quickly reviewed all of the benefits and came to the conclusion that you get what you pay for. We also signed up for the roof protection program and are satisfied that this will provide us significant cost savings over time. I would recommend TerraClean to anyone!

We paid the down payment and scheduled the powerwashing date, then the paver repairs and glue sand were scheduled for two days later, to allow the surface to dry. When the powerwashing date arrived, no one came to the house. I called and was informed that they had pushed my date off, due to inclement weather forecasted for that week. I said that I was home and the weather was sunny, so they said they'd come out mid-afternoon, which they did. The powerwashing job was done well...they removed all the dirt, mold spots and moss. Two days later, after one day of rain, followed by one dry day, was the day repairs and sanding were to take place. I decided to call that morning to make sure someone was going to arrive, and a rep informed me that they had rescheduled me to the following week, due to the rain. No one called to tell me! I said it had not rained in over 24 hours, so they sent the crew over. I talked with the worker after he pulled up a few pavers. He said he could proceed with the repairs, but it was too moist to put on the glue sand. I left them to do their work, and when I returned home later that day, I found that the repairs were complete and sand had been put in the entire patio. I wasn't sure if the glue sand had been applied, or if this was an interim step, given what they had told me. The next business day, I got a call from the office asking to schedule the glue sand part of the job. I told the rep that it looked sanded, and she said that if there was sand, then they had finished the job the previous day. The communication from the office was so confusing to me, but the job itself came out well. The patio repairs look even and besides a slight haze here and there, which they told us would occur, the patio looks great for being 10 years old. The concern I have, two months later, is that there are a few spots on the patio where the glue sand is coming loose. I sprayed off a section with the hose the other day, and several chunks came out. Also, the glue sand treatment killed most of the grass around the patio.

Excellent service, arrived promptly and got right to work. The house, deck and pavers look amazing. Never thought it would actually look this clean! Gutters are really white again and I forgot what the color of my deck actually was! Great, great service and quality of work.

They made you feel comfortable. They made you trust them with the service. They were good and honest people.

They were excellent, was really impressed the owner came out, no high pressure to do anything. They explained everything, they were worth every penny.

They showed up and did everything I asked. In addition there was a mis-communication and they took care of it immediately. The job came out perfectly and the customer service was great.

Don't waste your time contacting this provider!! I left three voicemail messages over the course of a week, and never received a return call. I find this so disappointing. I don't know anything about this provider's services, quality or cost, but in my book it is common courtesy for businesses to return calls promptly. This company's "responsiveness" and "professionalism" are nonexistent, hence the F rating. I do understand that businesses are run by human beings and that human beings make mistakes, but it is very frustrating as a consumer to repeatedly reach a voicemail and never have a call returned. With all the powerwashing providers out there, who knows how this one manages to stay in business. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review, and I hate to do it, but perhaps it will save someone else the frustration and annoyance I experienced. RESPONSE TO PROVIDER: I found you on Angie's List but contacted you through your website, where the number listed is 855-SAFE-WASH (855-723-3927). The contact page does not list a 201 number. If you go back and check your voicemails on that 855 number you will find three from me, on 8/5 at 12:10 p.m.; 8/6 at 4:30 p.m., and 8/8 at noon. I can assure you that there was no return call.

This company was very responsive from the inside support staff, to the outside sales rep to the guys that did the actual job. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again and refer my friends to them.

I was a little disappointed with them. Their communication skills lacked quite a bit. I wasn't very happy. We had a minor problem and it took them over two days to contact us. When they finally did, they were very combative. They just didn't communicate well. For the weather and other things involved, it took about a week to complete it which was fine. We weren't terribly pleased with them. Had there not been a problem with the communication, we would have been a lot more pleased. The whole attitude soured the whole experience. Their price was fine.

Just as advertised and planned. Service and results were terrific!

They were prompt in coming to give assessments, but we decided not to do it at all. We also decided that we're going to wait till the spring. I felt their prices were somewhat higher but, they were very prompt and they gave us email immediately so they were very good that way. We actually just decided to wait because of our circumstances and stuff though. I would not be surprised if we didn't went with them because again they were somewhat high as far as price is concerned. We had actually decided to wait on a project and it wasn't really them.

Roof cleaning. They did an outstanding job. Roof has never looked better.

They were very professional and fine. We just chose not to go with it. They were punctual and responsive. They were friendly on the phone. They were courteous. There was nothing bad to report about them. Everything was in-depth. The response time was very quick with maybe a few days after I called.

They arrived on the day they promised and did a good job cleaning the gutters.

TerraClean contacted me by phone, they emailed an estimate of costs to me, and I called to discuss and confirm the services I wanted. TerraClean arrived on time to complete the project. This process--contact, discussion, agreement, and completion took merely three days. TerraClean's crew were informative, affable, thorough, and neat.

The technicians arrived a little late but set up and to near dark to complete the job.

I was recommended to this company and I was happy with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them!

Anna was great at estimating. It was a little difficult to book the date but the guys did an amazing job and my house looks brand new and sparkling clean. Gutters are no longer black.

I met with their salesman Bill, who was very professional and explained how they worked and exactly what they did. We walked around the house and property as he took notes and answered my questions. He told me that I would have a quote e-mailed the next day as an itemized list. I would choose from this list what work I wanted performed. I rec'd the list as promised and reviewed their website to learn about how they worked. I chose all of the work presented on the list. During the day of the cleaning I checked on the progress of the two techs. in order to know that the work was being done according to the website. They worked slowly and carefully to do a very efficient job. The techs. returned another day to sand and stain the deck. It was a pleasure consulting with Anna (office manager) during the job in answering any questions and rescheduling for weather related issues.

IT went very well. The weather was an issue but the team made sure to stay in top of any opening in order to complete the job. I will use them to clean my gutters 2 times a year they did a great job. Anna & Jane & Joe were all great to deal with..
