Description of Work: We made a time sensitive appointment at 11:00 with an estimator. We specifically said one of us had to leave for work promptly. He was a no show, and didn't answer our calls to his cell. When he called, 30 minutes late, after our complaint to the office, the estimtor said he was leaving his prior appointment. When we asked where that was, it was 20 - 30 minutes away. A week earlier, we spent over 90 minutes waiting to see the same person at the showroom. A nice sales person kept us company as we looked through brochures, and were tolsd only this single estimator could help us. We were former customers, and were only mildly satisfied with the service, products and installation before. Sales people need to realize what roles they play in their organization. We will never use this company again.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for replacement of two large, casement windows. The salesman responded quickly and gave me an estimate. I expected to be contacted by their technician, who would take accurate measurements of the windows. He never called. I contacted salesman, he apologized. Again, technician did not contact me. This happened three times. I did not use this company.
