Description of Work: Very pleased with the work that was done. They were very professional, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up every day. The only negative was the cost of the project - roughly $1,200 per window. Could not say enough about the workers though.

Description of Work: Replaced more than 60 windows and a patio door. The patio door required custom constructions and reinforcing the house with a new steel beam. | |Our experience with Pella was excellent. John L, our salesperson, gave us a thorough explanation of our options and the installation process. He was involved throughout the entire project. The installation was done by a gentlemen named Rasty. Description of Work: Pella replaced a 5 panel window that was original to the house (50+ years). The bay window replacement is beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. The sales person was low pressure, patient and extremely helpful. The delivery driver greeted me by name and the installers came on schedule and did a meticulous job.

Description of Work: We had all new windows installed on the house. The new windows were casement and replaced the original double hung windows on the house. They also cladded the exterior trim of all the windows so that they would be maintenance free. The job went smoothly with no issues. Since the installation the windows continue operate problem fee and look great. After the new energy efficient windows were installed the utility bills for heating and air conditioning decreased. Pella did a great job and I would use them again for the project.

Description of Work: We bought several casement windows with shades and screens included in frame. They are tripled paned and keep out the cold and the noise. We have been buying two to three new windows every year. We are almost done replacing all the windows. Installation is always clean and professional. Worth the price for long term value.
