Description of Work: Reiner gave me a good first impression. The salesman Ken gave me good information and answered all my questions. The crew that came to do the work were clean and careful in my home. They were also personable and respectful! I am very satisfied with the work they did all around replacing my heating and air conditioner system! I would use them again! And already recommended them.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner equipment. Air handler needed to be replaced within a year (warranty issue). Small leak in coolant tube on installation, discovered next cooking season. Scheduling for all repairs took a very long time, but Reiner came quickly and had us cooling all season until all finished. They were very responsive and we were comfortable. I would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Without our central a/c in summer is not a good situation. We found Reiner on Angie's list and they were able to come within a day. The workman was wonderful--found and repaired the problem and added new freon. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He also gave us good advice re our window unit. For seniors spending more than we get in each month the cost wasn't cheap ($65 to come and $130 per hour while working on repair) but it was worth every penny. When I went to the computer to pay him I saw that we had used he same company in 2004. We highly recommend this co.

Description of Work: While I did not use this company for the installation of HVAC, I did seriously consider them. The company I did use came as a recommendation to me, so I felt that was the best choice to make.
