7/30/19 contacted Home Advisor for a plumber referral because plumber we were using could not resolve the issue. Tom Brady called within five minutes of me submitting the inquiry. I forwarded information regarding the air switch error code, so he could research the issue for our condensing boiler. He followed up with NTIs Tech Support to fully understand the error code and possible solutions. We set up an appointment for 8/8 for him to assess the system. The first thing he did was check the air intake for obstruction and found a honeycomb nest. The previous plumber said there was no need to check the intake so never checked. He assessed the system, identified parts to be replaced, and set up an appointment to return to install parts and recharge the system with glycol anti-freeze which the previous plumber did not do. 8/21- Tom returned, installed parts, checked and adjusted the CO2 (which the previous plumber could not do because he did not have the tool), recharged the system, and advised our 15-year-old boiler was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. This was a relief given the previous plumber suggested it did need to be replaced. We are thrilled with Toms service and highly recommend him. He is thorough in his research and demonstrated he is a highly skilled plumber in analyzing/repairing our system. Since he completed the work we have on-demand hot water every time we called for it.

Great customer service and completed job in timely manner but price was way too high . I don’t see how I can be charged a trip charge along with the high rate of the service call alone.

Ended up being a simpler repair than expected. They did not try to up-sell me on anything or misrepresent the issue to make a buck, seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and got the work done quick and easy.

Tom was great in his initial response to call about my issue. He said someone would be here in the morning. Tech shows up at noon. Tom nor anyone from the office confirmed anyone was coming nor a time. They sent one tech to do this job installing/removing a water heater from the basement. Awful way to run a business.

They were very cordial, polite, kept me informed about the work they needed to do to remove the old water softener and put in the new system. The removal and re-installation went smoothly and they left the work area spotless. A great job.

First of all, I rarely leave feedback or comments for anything but had to post this because somebody in my experience may relate to this. My ejector pump for my basement laundry died on me on Saturday and went onto HomeAdvisor app. Within mins, the owner Tom Brady called and asked a few follow up questions, to include sending pics of pump. Very honest, friendly, and up front on phone, and was able to schedule for first thing Monday morning. The tech that came to do the assessment/job was Michael S. First of all, courteous gentleman. During assessment and working on the issue, he was very knowledgeable, narrated his actions, and very personable. He even suggested on some recommendations for my basement project, and was very honest on those recommendations. Mike was so great, he triple-checked and tested his work, to even cleaning up his area and leaving it to how it was, to making it better than it was. Even tested my water pressure for further diagnosis. Very rare to find not only a quality plumber, but trustworthy and friendly. Overall for my first time experience, it was a great experience, quick to respond to my request, and fair pricing for the work. Highly recommend this company for the Hunterdon/Warren county area!
